The flow of Repacking otap process is shown in Figure, where the station areas
are marked with circle. The flow starts by cleaning the tables, next is getting the
canisters where the workers 1 and 2 are entered to the entrance and go to the Area 1
and the workers 1 and 2 are going to the Area 2 to get the drums full of otaps before
cleaning the tables. After that the workers do their tasks. The workers 1, 2, 3 and 4 are
starting their task by separating the canisters and repacking the otaps in the Table 1
then, after the workers repacked, the products put in the shelves. However, the workers
5 and 6 waiting on the Table 2 to get the canister to start their tasks, where the Table 2
is the station of cutting stickers, stamping, labeling, sealing and packaging. After the
products are packed their put on the side of the exit door for delivery.

The proponents want to propose a new design layout by redesigning the facility.
In this figure wants to show that the tables, shelve and the drums are near to each
other. The Shelf in the Area 1 is also move near at the entrance door in the right side.
Also, the shelve 1 to 6 is arranged, shelf 1 at the back of the worker 3 and 4 for placing
the canister after the repacking process, it can also put the canister to the shelf 2 if it is
full in the other shelf. In the shelf 3, the workers 1 and 2 can use this, also they can use
the shelf 2. The shelve 4, 5 and 6 is for workers 5 and 6, they can use the shelve by
putting all the products done by labelling and sealing the products. By arranging the
shelve it can help the workers to minimizing the travel. In the current layout, there have
2 areas but in this proposed lay out has 1 Area only for the drums and other materials.
