construction of a Laboratory Building including a Switchgear and a Maintenance
Building, from April 2017 to present.

Activities:
1- Coordination and meeting with contractors (visit to vendor factories,
expediting material production, resolving technical issues).
2- Quality inspections (RFI) of works offered by Contractor for acceptance.
3- Supervision of Mobilization to site including mass excavation, fence, site
facilities.
4- Supervision of Contractor construction of concrete superstructure
(including soil probing, isolated and strip footing, mass foundation, columns,
slabs, staircases). Excavation and construction of 250 meters length
pedestrian underground tunnel (under S.E. Al Naimi Street) including 60
