SELF CARE: AN ACT OF LOVE AND

POSITIVITY
In these trying times, we can't avoid the anxiousness and
negativity that consumes us. The lack of motivation, inspiration,
and confidence hinders us from taking of ourselves. As we take
time to take care of ourselves, we can adapt its habit and be
part of our routine. Here are 4 advice on how to do self care:

1.) Self- Time


Overworking leads to burnout. Relax from
time to time in order to give rest for
yourself. Taking a break like watching your

favorite movie/tv show, playing your favorite


game, and listening to your favorite music
will help to remain yourself calm.

2.) Talk to loved ones


We tend to isolate ourselves when we don't feel
good because we think no one cares for us.
Instead of keeping your problems to yourself,

reach out to your family your friends. They are the


person who is always there for you and willing to
listen anytime, which reduces anxiety and release
dopamine.

3.) Spread Kindness


A simple compliment will make someone's
day memorable. Don't let your shyness ruin
the opportunity and go tell someone your

admiration to them. This helps boost


confidence as they can feel their self-worth
that encourages self love and self positivity.

4.) Be Yourself
Be the best version of yourself. Just like in
the movie, you're the main character and the
people that you had to interact with are

supporting characters. Explore, learn, and


have fun in every experience. Don't let
society get you by their own stereoypes.
