Describe very briefly why your business needs to exist. What problem do you solve for your customers? How
do you solve the problem presented above?

- My business need to exist because the decomposition time of paper straws ranges from 6 weeks to
3 months, depending on the type of paper used for manufacturing. This type of tube cannot be
recycled after use. Paper straws can minimize the risk to customers. When customers use paper
straws for too long, the paper straws will become soft. To overcome this, the coffee shops should
provide more straws for customers

Market & Competition

customers also consider?
- The customers that my business targets are all customers of all ages. The biggest competitor of
paper straws is plastic straws. As you know the current situation in Vietnam, most people use
plastic straws because of its convenience and cost. In the future, customers will choose paper
straws instead of plastic straws because they want to protect the environment and their health

product does your company have? How can your company achieve the presented goals with that product?

- As you know, my business specializes in paper straws. Paper is very easy to soften and soften when
in contact with water, to overcome this, people use a type of paper that is slow to react with water
rather than Kraft. Paper straws will be made up of 3 layers of Kraft paper and bonded together
through milk glue. With the current movement of boycotting plastic straws, an alternative is
needed - Paper straws have many advantages to become a suitable alternative to plastic straws in
the FMCG industry. Therefore, our business will expand the advertising of products and show
customers the benefits of using paper straws.
