Sub: - Submission of our offer for the supply of 62.5KVA CUMMINS Diesel

We are very much pleased to submit our competitive quotation for the supply of above cited DG set as
under.

CONTROL PANEL:- Inbuilt Cubical type, dust and vermin proof fitted with suitable Isolator / MCCB /ACB, Volt
meter, Ammeter, Frequency meter, Kilowatt meter, Indicating lamps, fitted and wired complete with earthing
studs.

BASE RAIL: - Sturdy, channel iron fabricated, welded. Construction provided with slots for concrete
foundation of anti vibration mounts.

FUEL TANK:- fabricated to hold Diesel for 8 hours of continues operation made of steel provided with
necessary pipes lids and valves.

BATTERIES:- 12 Volts, 25 plate DRY batteries of standard make with connecting leads terminals.

SOUND PROOF ENCLOSURE:- The acoustic enclosures are weather proof and can with stand any change in
climatic condition. Our acoustic enclosures are approved by the pollution control board. The outer peripheral
wall is made out of CRCA corrugated sheet.

WARRANTY:-Standard warranty as given by the original manufacturers i.e. 2 years or 5000 hours
whichever is earlier is applicable on the Engine, Alternator and Batteries.
& 5 Years for 5 C’s (Engine critical parts warranty).

PAYMENT TERMS: - 40% as Advance along with the firm Purchase order. Balance against submission of
Proforma Invoice or before dispatch.

PRICE VALIDITY: THIS PRICE IS VALID FOR 10 DAYS.

 UNLOADING & ERECTION CHARGES EXTRA AS PER THE SITE CONDITIONS.

Please Note:-That the following aspects are not included in our scope of supply. Diesel oil, civil works,
related to foundation, cabling and trench covers, Exhaust piping more than the standard supply, Earth pits,
Freight Insurance and packing. Further if any other clarification that warrant our attention Please do not
hesitate to get in touch with us.

CANCELLATION POLICY A 10% order cancellation charges will be applicable on total basic order value
till 500 KVA and 15% order cancellation charges will be applicable on total basic order value above 500 KVA.
