 Every one of us experiences and faces challenges in order to see how strong we
are to conquer it because it happens for a reason.
“To fulfill its purpose, the diamond needs to be excavated, cut and polished. This
is the mission with which every one of us has been charged.”

 In a world full of bad people there’s still good ones living.

“The first step is gaining the awareness that in the hard rock is hidden a precious
diamond.”

 We must not judge according to appearance because it does not define a person’s
character.
“The naked eye cannot see the value of souls. One needs a trained eye to be able
to distinguish the true value of a soul.”
 God does not give us challenges just to make us suffer, but rather for us to be
stronger and learn our lessons to have a better life.
“We are all diamond cutters. The Rebbe, being the “master cutter,” trains us all in
the process.”

 If it’s not going the way you want it means that it’s not meant for you and we
need to trust God because he is redirecting things for us. God has plans for all of
us so we should not give up and just wait.
“When you’re counting diamonds, you don’t get tired.” The Rebbe isn’t just
telling us that everyone is a diamond, he is also telling us why we must wait
patiently, untiringly— because this tenacious attitude will bring the diamond to
the surface. The Rebbe is also directing us as to what we must do, what is our
mission in this world: we must recognize that all people are diamonds and help
actualize every individual’s precious potential, by excavating, cutting and
polishing and revealing the brilliance within, allowing every man, woman and
child’s inner personality to emerge and illuminate the world in which we live.”
