Warmest greetings of good health from Agricultural Training Institute! The

Agricultural Training Institute will implement the BINHI NG PAG-ASA PROGRAM
(BPP) in the provinces of Bataan and Tarlac that will run from June-December 2022.
The BPP aims to empower young people to become competent agripreneurs and
motivate them through leadership and values formation training.

This program is composed of two (2) parts, the provincial and the municipal level
of training. For the provincial training, it shall be conducted with thirty (30)
youth participants from different city/municipalities of Bataan on a face-to-face
setup. While for the municipal training, seventeen (17) batches shall be conducted
to eleven (11) municipalities and one (1) city, with twenty-five (25) youth
participants per batch of training to be held at Crown Royale Hotel, Balanga City,
Bataan.

In line with this, we would like to request your good office to give permission to
the following students who is currently enrolled in Bataan Peninsula State
University Abucay Campus, to participate on the said training program on October
11-13, 2022 and be excused from his classes:
