INTRODUCTION

Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world. It is the
key to success in life, and teachers make a lasting impact in the lives of their students
Sta. Cruz Elementary School (SCES) major concern is the attainment of quality education
and development of moral values. All teachers in the school did their best in providing strategies
in the teaching learning process producing children who are well-rounded, morally responsible
and God-loving individuals. They also involved people in all school operations and programs
and encouraged the support of the key stakeholders so that the desired quality educational
outcomes may be achieved.
This report is purposely made to provide more information about the accomplishments
cooperatively achieved by the school and its stakeholders, also to show that KES has
successfully carried out school and community level affairs as well as instigating a variety of
initiatives geared towards better school performance.

I. ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT ON EPP /Canteen Teacher

EPP subject composed namely: Home Economics and Livelihood Education wherein everything
about basic home management and livelihood skills were taught to the pupils in Grades IV-VI.
This school year as one of the teachers of this subject I found it difficult yet exciting to teach
despite the less eagerness of some pupils in my class. But eventually I saw them being inspired
and active especially in times of various activities that I gave to them. Having an EPP subject in
the new curriculum is a vital foundation of the pupils in elementary, teaching them the basic
skills like sewing, cooking, gardening and so many others. These things will be continued when
they reach high school and to be able to maximize their skills as the time passes by especially
in k- 12 curriculum wherein it is more focus on the skills of the pupils to be developed leading to
them to have a job immediately when they graduated in the senior high school. So with that, I
think EPP subject in elementary should be taught properly so as to cater the needs of the pupils
to learn the basic skills made them discovered what skills they want to focus and to develop
more during their high school years.
Being a Canteen manager, I have also a role in the canteen. School Canteen has a special role to play in
the education, health and well-being of the students that epp they serve. Our school canteen served ¾ of the total
population of students, teachers and employees. They used to eat at our school canteen because they
served/sold nutritious and healthy food at competitive price, like arroz caldo with egg, banana cue, camotecue,
bread, biscuits, boiled egg, banana, peanuts, corn, and bottled water which is accepted by DOH seal. The food
handlers were clear apron and hairnets. They ensure foods are thoroughly cooked to destroy and potentially
harmful bacteria that may lead to food poisoning. With regards to the cleanliness of the school canteen, they
usually rinse all dishes and utensils in hot water. They thoroughly sweep and wash the floor daily. They have also
adequate rubbish bins both inside and outside the canteen with that they are regularly emptied and maintained.

II. QUALITY
