THIS CONTRACT TO SELL MADE AN EXECUTED AND ENTERED INTO BY:

E.BUNGQUE with RESSIDENCE ADDRESS CALSADANG BAYU PORAC PAMPANGA.

-AND-

NAME OF BUYER MRS.BALUCAS FABIENNE LUZ SACCUAN LEGAL AGE FILIPINO.

WITH RESIDENCE ADDRESS OF BUYER LOCATED AT NORTBREEZ CALIBUTBUT BACOLOR PAMPANGA

WITHNESSETH:

WHEREAS, THE SELLER IS REGISTERED OWNER OF A PARCEL OF LAND WITH IMPROVEMENT


S LOCATED ADRESS OF THE PROPERTY SALE IN THE PHILIPPINES AND COVERED BY TRANSFER
CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO.042-2021-006259 CONTAINING A TOTAL AREA OF LAND (200 SQM)

WHEREAS , THE BUYER HAS OFFERED TO BUUY THE SELLER HAS AGREED TO SELL SELL ABOVE
MENTIONED PROPERTY UNDER THE TERMS OF CONDITIONS HEREIN BELOW SET FORTH;

NOW THEREFORE ,FOR CONSIDERATION OF TOTAL SUM OF THE CONTRACT

PRICE FOR THE PROPERTY FOR SALE (500,000.00) Philippine Currency and of the convenantsherein
after set forth the seller AGREES TO SELL AND THE BUYER AGREE TO BUY THE AFORESAID PROPERTY
SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF CONDITIONS:

THE TOTAL CONSIDERATION SHALL BE THE CONTRACT PRICE FOR THE PROPERT FOR SALE 500,000)
Philippine Currency payable through INSTALLMENT WITH TERMS OF CONDITIONS HEREIN BELOW:

THE AMOUNT OF THE EARNEST MONEY DEPOSIT (200,000.00) Philippine Currency REPRESENTING
EARNESTMONEY DEPOSIT AT THE DAY OF APRIL 21 2022 SHALL BE PAYABLE UPON EXECUTION OF
THIS CONTRACT TO SELL AND SHOULD BE CONSIDERED PART OF THE TOTAL PRICE.

THE REMAINING BALANCE OF ( 300,000.00 ) Philippine Currency PAY IN TWO TERMS AS THE SELLER
AGREE TO PAY OF THE AMOUNT( 200,00.00 ) Philippine Currency SHALL BE PAY THE DAY OF MAY 20
2021 OR MAY 21 2022 .
DEED OF LAND PROPERTY AGREEMENT

THE REMAINING(100,000.00 Philippine Currency) SELLER AGREES TO PAY EVERY MONTH AMOUNT OF
(6,000.00 ) Philippine Currency.

ALL PENDING UTILITY BILLS CONSIDERED TO DISSCUSS BETWEEN THE SELLER AND THE BUYER

LIKE DEED OF ABSULUTE SALE,CAPITAL GAINTAX, TAX TRANSFER .

THE SELLER CONSIDER GIVE TO THE BUYER THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS AFTER FULL PAYMENTS.

THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS BELOW,

SUBDIVIDED TITLE UNDER THE (200 SQM)

TAX DECLARATION

TAX CLEARANCE

AMILIAR RECIEPT

COPY OF APPROVEDPLAN.
