Personal Society

Due to the use of technology, I’m losing sleep and
skipping physical activities. I’m experiencing
physical side effects such as tension headaches,
eye strain, muscle discomfort, or overuse injuries
as a result of it, or it's causing me stress or anxiety.
The Effects of Social Media on Self-Esteem
me have been enamored with social media sites
such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and others.
Communication via social media platforms is more
popular in this period than face-to-face meetings,
which are becoming increasingly rare. It has its
benefits, but it has also resulted in the paradox of
loneliness, anxiety, melancholy, hostility, and
narcissism, all of which are directly linked to the
excessive use of social media.
Media has now remained to be the teacher for the
children. The parents have lost control of their kids
which has led to the moral decay of the society.
Besides, the media has been of some benefit; it
informs the people what is happening across the
world and the general updates on the events in
the world making the global become one small
place.
Computers are becoming more and more
affordable, yet they are still capable of processing
data and are easier to use. As a result, we will not
only be able to transfer information quickly and
effectively, but we will also be able to break down
linguistic and geographic obstacles, allowing states
to exchange ideas and counsel with one another.

A person, on the other hand, can only absorb so
much knowledge at a time. I may only examine
internal documents for a few seconds, and emails
are normally just scanned. By not just
overburdening us with knowledge, but also by
causing crucial information to "fail to stay,"
information overload can stifle productivity.
The way people communicate, learn, and think is
influenced by technology. It contributes to society
and influences how individuals interact on a daily
basis. Today's civilization relies heavily on
technology. It has both beneficial and negative
repercussions on the planet, as well as a direct
impact on people's lives.
