We removed the old harzardous switchboard. Removed all

piano switch. We installed a distribution box with SPMCB-6
instead of Piano switch. Then we connect all light with MCB.

We stopped the MDB-2 ACB. Then we checked all controlling

wire. We found some wire are disconnected. We checked this
cable and marked all cables. We removed all unecessary cable
from this panel. We checked all meter and indicator lamp. All
are found good. Then we give power connection to Main ACB
and all controlling system. All meter are showing and all
indicators are active. Work done successfully. Work done by:
Sharif-51569, Kamruzzaman-31945, Maruf-44420.

We checked the starter of CT-5 fan motor. Magnetic

contactor is damaged. Then we replaced the magnetic
contactor with thermal overload. Now CT-5 fan motor is
running. Work done by: Sharof-51569, Kamruzzaman-31945.

We stopped the PFI main MCCB. Then we checked all

capacitor. We found 1 capacitor damaged. Then we removed
the capacitor. Checked also magnetic contactor. Then we
installed a new capacitor with proper tight. We run the PFI
panel. Now evertying is okay. Work done by: Sharif-51569,
Kamruzzaman-31945, Nur Mohammad-43128.

We stopped the generator and opened the exhaust cover

from cylinder-3,5,7 side. We found a exhaust clamp of silencer
is broken and exhasut bolt is damaged. Then we replaced the
clamp with bolt. We tight the bolt with clamp properly. We
run the generato. Now no leakage from this side. Work done
by: Monir-56874, Shahin-201220, Gelman-25802, Nur
Mohammad-43128, Kamruzzaman-31945.
We stopped the generator and opened the cylinder-16. We
drained all JW circuit water from engine. Then we removed
the plug adapter. Adapter is okay but seal and gasket are
damaged. We cleaned the adapter properly. then we installed
the adapter with new seal and gasket. We maintain 120N-M
Torque in adapter. Then we installed all cover and run the
generator. Now all are okay. Work done by: Sharif-51569,
Gelman-25802, Kamaruzzaman-31945.

We stopped the PFI from Main MCCB. Then we checked all

capacitors, magnetic contactors, MCCBs, Relays. We found 3
pcs Capacitors are damaged. Then we removed faulty
capacitors. Then we installed new 3 pcs capacitors. We
connected the capacitors power cable properly. Checked
again. We run the PFI panel. Now PF: 96. Work done by:
Sharif-51569, Kamruzzaman-31945, Bipul-195225, Gelman-
25802.

Stopped the generator. We checked all alarms by connecting

ET. We found 1440-9 and 1720-9 codes. Then we checked the
throttle actuator with short pc harness. We cleaned the
harness. We checked the compressor bypass valve with short
pc harness. We cleaned the harness. We checked main
harness also. After reset all alarms then we run the generator
with load. Now generator is running. Work done by: Sharif-
51569, Monir-56874, Gelman-25802.

Nylon Two pcs Cap Making Work Done By Rubel

We connected all outgoing cables in new ACB properly. Work

done by: Unous-WS, Hirok-WS, Kamruzzaman-31945, Gelman-
25802.

We stopped the Full plant. ACB-2500A installed and all link

busbar made by STL Team. We installed the acb for dairy side
new power connection. Work done successfully. Work done
by: STL team and PIP-PRAN Engineering team.

Damage shaft seal has been changed. Done by Mr Sarif, Rasel

& Asadul
It is schedule maintenance work. Generator R/H: 40667. We
stopped the generator. We installed a oil pump in oil drain
line. Then we drained all old oil from engine sump. After
completing the drain work we removed 04 pcs Oil filter and oil
drain filter. We cleaned the oil drain filter properly by diesel
oil and air. Then we installed again this filter properly. We
cleaned the surface area oil filter. Then we installed new 04
pcs Oil filter with oil filled. We refilled the oil sump by fresh
oil. After completing the oil fillng work we checked the oil
level stick. Level is okay. Then we run prelube pump for 10
minutes. Then we run the generator with load. Work done by:
Sharif-51569, Gelman-25802, Kamruzzaman-31945, Monir-
56874.

We removed the auxiliary power source from DB-68. Cable

opened from drain line and laying again GCP to MCC-2. We
used a 125MCCB for this source. Then we connected 3 pcs
cable with MCCB three phase. We checked the rotation.
Phase rotation is okay. Work done successfully. Work done
by: Sharif-51569, Kamruzzaman-31945, Gelman-31945,
Unous-WS, Hirok-WS, Shahjalal-WS.

We make a auto change over-30A with double protection for

dual source use. Then we isntalled 02 pcs UPS. We connected
to PC and UPS by a hand made multisocket board. After
completed all work, we run the UPS and give load. Now UPS
running. Work done by: Sharif-51569, Shohel-130515,
Gelman-25802, Kamruzzaman-31945, Bipul-195225, Monir-
56874.

We stopped the Generator manually. Before stopped we

marked the Cyl-A-5. Its Ignition energy diagnostic value was:
121 at 1300 KW load. We checked the ignition cable, Ignition
coil. All are found okay. Then we removed the Plug spark.
Found Plug is damaged. Then we replaced the plug by an old
plug. Installed the cover. By this time, we found some cable
gland of alternator main cable are loose. Then we retight all
cable glands. Now all are okay. Then we run the generator
with load. Now we found A-5-Ignition diagnostic value: 102 at
1300 KW load. Work done by: Sharif-51569, Shahin-201220,
Amirul-88582, Gelman-25802.
Generator pressure suddenly decreased. We found Pressure
pump not work properly. Then we checked the pump. Pump is
leakage. Then we removed the pump. A new Water pump as a
pressure pump in that place. Some pipe line, we modified.
After completed installation work we run the pump. Now
pressure is okay. Work done by: Nur Mohammad-43128,
Kamruzzaman-31945.

We have checked the GG-04 by ET. We found actual 02 fault.

One is engine overspeed shutdown and other is Cyl-19
detonation shutdown. Then we checked the detonation
harness but found okay. We checked also plug spark and
ignition coil of Cylinder-19. Found okay. Then we replaced the
Detonation sensor of Cyl-19 by new sensor. Run the generator
and give load. Now generator is running. Work done by:
Sharif-51569, Nur Mohammad-43128, Shohel-130515.

We stopped the full plant. Then we removed the ACB link for
removing CT. CT is damaged. We installed a new
CT-2500A/5A. We connected the control cable to Ameter.
Link busbar again installed. Work done successfully. Work
done by: Gelman-25802, Kamruzzaman-31945, Unous-WS,
Hirok-WS.

We removed a hazardous piano switch box. Then we installed

a new distribution box. We used MCB-6 A instead of Piano
switch. Then we connected all lighting power to SP-MCB.
Work is successfully done. Done by: Gelman-25802, Shahin-
201220.

It is schedule maintenance work. Generator R/H: 40667. We

stopped the generator. We installed a oil pump in oil drain
line. Then we drained all old oil from engine sump. After
completing the drain work we removed 04 pcs Oil filter and oil
drain filter. We cleaned the oil drain filter properly by diesel
oil and air. Then we installed again this filter properly. We
cleaned the surface area oil filter. Then we installed new 04
pcs Oil filter with oil filled. We refilled the oil sump by fresh
oil. After completing the oil fillng work we checked the oil
level stick. Level is okay. Then we run prelube pump for 10
minutes. Then we run the generator with load. Work done by:
Sharif-51569, Gelman-25802, Kamruzzaman-31945, Monir-
56874.

We changed the damaged CT of Outgoing-7 and GG-07

auxiliar power source shifted to MCC-2. Work done by:
Unous-WS, Hirok-WS, Shahjalal-WS, Gelman-25802,
Kamruzzaman-31945.
We checked the GG-4 by connecting ET. We found Cyl-4
detonation shutdown alarm. Then we checked the Cyl-4. We
opened the top cover of Cyl-4 and removed the Transformer
with Spark plug. Transformer is burnt and Spark plug is also
damaged. Root cause: Spark plug was loose, thats why there
is some compression leakage, as a result Transformer and
Spark plug are damaged. Now we replaced the Transformer
and Spark plug. Spark plug tight torque: 50N-m. Now GG-4 is
running with load. Work done by: Sharif-51569, Gelman-
25802.

We stopped the CT-04 water line. We checked the fan and

found fan is smaller than CT dia. We removed the fan with
hub. Cleaned the surface area. Then we installed new fan with
hub. We ensured proper tight and fan alignment.Everything is
okay. After completed all works we run th CT. Now CT is
running. Work done by: Kamruzzzaman-31945, WS-
Mechanical team.

We stopped the full plant. Drained all water from circuit. Then
we removed the faulty valve from pump-1. We cleaned the
surface area. Then we installed new gate valve with new
gasket and nut with bolt. Work done successfully. Work done

We stopped full plant. Then we ON emergency power supply

from REB. We have done: 1. CT-2500/5A-01 pc of Outgoing-9
ACB changed by new CT. We removed faulty CT from
outgoing-9. 2. We checked the Link cable-30 pcs-400 rm of
Bus coupler-1 and bus coupler-2. We found all cable joint
loose. Then replaced all Bolt with nut-washer replaced and
tight properly. 3. We replaced total 35 pcs Indicator lamp in
different panels. 3. We replaced Push ON and Push OFF switch
of MDB-9 ACB. 5. We installed a MCCB-125A in MCC-2 for GG-
06 Aux power supply. After completed all work we run the
generator again one by one. Now all are okay. Work done by:

Damage ball bearing repalced by new. done by Mr Safiqul

We stopped the PFI main MCCB. Then we checked all

capacitor. We found 2 pcs capacitor damaged. Then we
removed the capacitor. Checked also magnetic contactor.
Then we installed 02 pcs new capacitor with proper tight. We
run the PFI panel. Now evertying is okay. Work done by:
Sharif-51569, Shohel-130515, Nur Mohammad-43128.
Power source of 2 sets Inlet (Star-Delta) and 1 set Exhaust
blower (Delta) of GG-7 shifted MCC-2. Stopped 3 sets Blower
fan and power source removed from SDB-1. We removed also
all wall hanging starter box. Then we joint the new cable with
old cables by cable joint lugs. After joint work complete, we
connected all cable to MCC starter. We checked the rotation.
Rotation of all Blower fan are okay. We used old cable with
50 feet (Per run, total run-4) 4x4 sq.mm New cable and 50
feet 4x6 sq.mm Old Cable. And 12 pcs 4-6 rm Cable lugs, 20
pcs 4 rm Cable Joint lugs, Plastic 8 pcs, Cable 1 pkt. Work done

12 FeetX 2 feet wall making.

We stopped the generator manually. We have checked the

detonation harness, Exh thermocouple harness, Ignition
harness and main harness. But all are found okay. We opened
the Cyl-13 and 15 top cover for check the inside of Cylinder.
All are found okay. Then we checked the Detonation sensor.
We removed the sensor and found the sensor is damage.
Then we replaced the sensor by new sensor. Then we run the
generator and give load. Now problem solved. Work done by:

We stopped the full plant. Drained all water from circuit. Then
we removed the faulty valve from CT-05. We cleaned the
surface area. Then we installed new gate valve with new
gasket and nut with bolt. Work done successfully. Work done

We checked the Generator by connection ET. We found Cyl-6

detonation shutdown alarm. Then we checked all harness of
engine. All harness are found good condition. Then we
checked the Cylinder-19 Plug spark. We found Plug spark
damaged. Then we replaced the Plug spark by new plug spark.
We checked the Ignition transformer also. Ignition
transformer found good condtion. Then we run the generator
with load. Now generator is running wih load. Work done by:

GG-05 Radiator cleaned by washing chemicals by third party.
We also observed during their cleaning period. Work done by:

We removed old switch socket board due to broken

condition. Then we installed a new electrical MCB Distribution
box for lighting system. Work done by: Kamruzzaman-31945,

We stopped the PFI from main MCCB. Then we checked all

capacitor. Found 1 is damaged. Then removed the faulty
capacitor. And run the PFI. Work done by: Sharif-51569,
Shahin-201220, Nur Mohammad-43128.

Generator tripped due to the alarm of 1440 code. Then we

checked the throttle actuator, harness actuator, DC Source of
battery. We found throttle binding is damaged. Then we
replaced the clamp of throttle. Then we run the generator
with load. Now problem solve. Work done by: Monir-56874,
Maruf-44420.

We stopped the Generator and drakned all water JW and AC

Circuit. Then we removed the old plate from engine. Then we
cleaned the PHE base frame. We installed new PHE with
gasket in JW and AC Circuit. We tight the Bolt properly. After
comoleted the install work we refilled water in both circuit.
No leakage found. Then we run the Generator with load.

We removed old LAN cable due to cable damaged. We pulled

new LAN cable from biscuit network box to PPS attendance
machine. We proper dressed the cable. Then both side
connector fitting and connected with server line by MIS. Now
Punch machine is okay and connected with server line. Work

Gelman-25802, MIS team.

We checked the starter and found magnetic contactor is

damaged. Then we replaced the magnectic contactor with
thermal overload. We changed all control wiring. Then we run
the starter. Work done successfully. Work done by: Sharif-

We have checked the motor and found motor is okay. Then
we checked the cable and cable also found okay. Then we
checked the starter and we found starter-magnetic contactor
is damaged. Then we replaced the magnectic contactor with a
thermal overload relay. All Controlllng wring cable checked.
We run the fan motor and checked rotation. Now everything
is okay. Work done by: Sharif-51569, Shahin-201220,
Kamruzzaman-31945.

We stopped the full plant. Then we ensure emergency power

in PPS control room and others area. ACB installed and all Link
busbar made by STL team. After STL installation work we
connected the outgoing cables to acb outgoing link. We
connected 1x400 sq.mm copper cable. Per run 4 pcs cable.

We removed old Hose coupler from GG-01. Then we installed

new Hose. Now no air leakage from here. Work done by:

Two pcs Nylon Band Plug Making work done By Rubel

We checked the Changeover terminal. Found temperature is

very high in Cable lug end. Then we stopped the MCCB from
both source. Then we removed the middle phase outgoing
cable. We cut the burnt cable lugs. Then we weared new
cable lugs with proper punch. After completed all works we
connected the cable to changeover. On the MCCB. Now all are

We stopped the MCC-01. Then we checked all 2MW's GG

cooling tower starter. We found 05 pcs MCB-10 are damaged.
Then we replaced 05 pcs MCB by new Manual motor starter-
10A. Now all Cooling tower power are okay. Work done by:
Sharif-51569, Kamruzzaman-31945.

We removed old wirig channel. We used a distribution box for

MCB installation for pump safety. Then we wring done by new
PVC Channel. Work is done. Done by: Shahin-201220,
Gelman-25802.
We checked the floor stand ac. At first we stopped the main
circuit breaker. Before off the breaker we observed abnormal
sound come from inside of ac. After stopped the ac we
removed the blower motor with fan. Then we found motor
bearing damaged. We replaced the bearing both side. Then
we again installed the blower motor to ac. ON main circuit
breaker. Now not found any abnormal sound. Work done by:

We installed a vermin proof sheet in PFI-3 due to capacitor

overheated problem. Lots of Capacitors are damaged due to
overheated. Now PFI is running. Work done by: Sharif-51569,
