WHO WE ARE?

We work as influencers and the basic service we provide is advertising projects in all the
largest Telegram, Twitter, Reddit, Discord groups.

We work 7days a week, 4hours shifts per person.

One person writes on average 7 -10 messages per hour and uses at least 3 different
accounts on each platform.

At the beginning of our work, we create a group and there each person posts proof of
their work - links to posts/conversations, screens, and everything they did. You need to
put messages in real time - no scheduled messages.

Below you will find the rules for each social media.

BASICS RULES:
1. Don’t come too late and never finish Your shift too soon, you got the whole 4 hours of
your shift.

2. at least 3 telegram accounts are mandatory. Use all of them in each hour.
If you get banned, get new acc asap- if you don't do it till your next shift you are out.
(you need at least 3 accounts Telegram and ability to create new once on the go, same
with Twitter, Reddit, etc)

3. Put a profile picture to all your accounts.

4. Put messages every 5-10 minutes, no scheduling, only messages written in real time!

5. To advertise use only groups that we provide in pin messages (big discussion groups
and announcement channels).

6. Everyday before shift read all of the pin messages in our Influencers Team group and
in your projects group.

7. Be smart. Advertising only at high-quality messages.

8. If you want to have more than one project, use for each of them 3 different telegram
accounts.

9. Keep RATIO every hour.

VERY IMPORTANT:
You agree to work for one week, if you know you can't then DON’T APPLY FOR THAT
JOB!!! If You know you need free Friday or any other day let us know when you apply,
not one day or 1 minute before your shift.

If you don't come to work as agreed, come too late or don't finish it - WE HAVE THE
FULL RIGHT AND WE WON'T PAY YOU FOR THAT WEEK

We ask you to use different accounts in every project, sometimes we have several
projects from one team. THEY don't want to see that the same person is advertising
both projects ( especially at the same time). But we give you the opportunity to do more
than one project, because we know it's doable. So we would really appreciate that you
always have different accounts to report and to work. No matter if it's only discord/
telegram or other activities.

PAYMENT:
You will be paid according to the work you did.

You can earn $40-$60 per week by working 4 hours / 7 days a week (working as
scheduled).

If you will do your job without mistakes, keeping the RATIO and amount of messages /
coming on time, ect. You will get your full agreed amount.

Work with mistakes -$5 -$10 depends on how big mistake you made

Work on high-quality → bonus

IMPORTANT:
If you won't show on your schedule hours we can pay you -50% of payment.
No changing hours, no excuses. We only understand emergencies.

WHY IS MY ACCOUNT BANNED AND WHAT TO DO?

Maybe the reason that some of you got banned so quickly is because you always have
conversations with yourself (with your other alt acc, in different groups)?

When I start a shift I write in 2 big groups (from account A), and with second account (B)
I do the same thing in different groups. Trying to connect to people out there. And then
talk about my project.
If there are lots of new things to advertise I just write in a big group something like:
have you see xx got a new website/product/ staking ect.

Or sometimes just leave questions “what do you think about xx?” And in the meantime I
can advertise in the Ann channel and talk in the main project group.

Than I chose one group when I talk to myself - try not to do it so often so others don't
realize I'm always talking to same person

And always (at the beginning) keep to scenario like e.g. A is a person who don't know
about project and B is the one who knows all news

I do something like this and maybe one in long time was banned

When your comments are removed or you are banned just let us know which group and
we will check it. Please share the removed link.

When you are limited, you need to go to reports and check all links posted with this
account during your last shift. Like this you will find which group not only deleted your
comment but also REPORTED it and such groups better to avoid.

This is very easy to do, you can check links one by one (10 minutes) or go to @SpamBot
check at what time you were limited, Bot will tell you until when you are limited.

Let's say 12 May 12:43:58 so this happened around this hour at your last shift that
somebody reported you around this time. just go to the group and look in reports at
that time which comments are not visible.

WHAT IS THE RATIO?

RATIO IS THE WAY WE POST

Many clients have different requirements, one wants us in their main group, other only
in big discussion groups and other mix of both with social media like YouTube and
Twitter on top of it.

Also we tell you where to post and how many comments, and that we need you in big
groups in ann channels and how much you should post and where.

So we came up with RATIO.

If we say that the ratio is 50/50 it means that you need to write 50% of your comments
in main project groups, and another 50% comments in groups from lists above Big
Groups and ANN channels.

then we will tell you how much you need to post in groups on Telegram, this is also with
RATIO usually it is 80/20 that means that 80% of your posts should be only in BIG
DISCUSSION groups and 20% advertisements, news in ANN CHANNELS

RATIO can be also 50/30/20 it means 50% main group, 30% other Telegram groups and
20% social media like Twitter, Reddit, YouTube.

We will always say what the ratio is exactly. This is also why we have 10 posts per hour,
is easy to calculate and the average we always have written by ourselves when working
easily with totally no rush.

TELEGRAM (POSTING INFO)

USE ONLY GROUPS FROM OUR LISTS!!!

There will be no warnings, if we find you are posting in random groups not from our
lists you will be punished financially each time until you learn or let go. Ask us to
forward You those lists if you are not in our Influencers Group, where they are pinned.

Don't copy and paste old announcements, you need to update them before your shift
and all will be good, check pinned posts, and write new one. If not, finally you will share
outdated info and you will be out, I can do nothing if a client asks to remove somebody
like above.

● Watch your grammar. We need only native speakers or people with great English
skills, if you are not, use online tools to check if you write well for sure.

● If you don't see pinned messages don't think there are any wrong, for sure we
share at least a few each day in every group! you need to refresh your Telegram
app if something like this happens, sometimes that pinned messages are not
visible, if this is the case even after refreshing, then use project main group for
latest info or just write in group that you have such problem and ask admins to
pin it once again or repost for you. Try to click it in and out the notification
button.

● Once you open a channel to post your project, make sure to read a few posts, the
latest post on that channel. If you see your partner's post, involve yourself in that
convo. if there's no post about your project yet, make a new one, if you repeat
 the same information that has been posted obviously above you, it could be a
problem you and your partner could be banned

● Don't copy and paste old announcements, you need to update them before your
shift

● Remember don't copy and paste, edit others posts, always write original content,
this is not allowed and we will need to start with penalties to be able to enforce
this requirement.

● Keep the amount of messages per hour. If it's 8 messages per hour, we want to
see 8/8/8/8 not 7/9/8/8. It's a mistake.

TWITTER RULES
On Twitter always use tags $, #, @

Your job is to comment on big crypto influencers' tweets. Let's focus on influencers who
have at least 50 000 followers and try to make a tweet/reply to a relevant tweet.
Otherwise, you will look spammy, even when you make a reply to a crypto influencer's
tweet, if it's not relevant, your tweet will look spammy.

Solution:
Try to check my twitter account https://twitter.com/moonixcrypto/following, you can
follow some accounts on my "following-list". follow all exchanges, coingecko,
coinmarketcap accounts are also good. They ask for what gems to be listed on their
platform, and something related to that thing then you can always answer using the
project name you are advertising right now.

● Always support the project's main Twitter account.

● When you comment on Twitter, make sure to comment on new Tweets only, not
older than 3 days. It also refers to Reddit and Youtube. support only relatively
fresh posts.

● If there is Twitter in Ratio you have to start your shift from supporting all new
Tweets from the team on their official account with like, share and HQ comment.

● HQ comment means of course hashtags #, mentions @, website, telegram

project links, $coin, etc.

● When you will be in the project’s main account look for special signs like #
hashtags they use in their official tweets and spread them further.
 ● When you start your shift go to project official Twitter account, if you have it in
Ratio and comment on the newest official tweets, check hashtags #, special signs
@ $, latest news and spread it further.

● Please remember don't copy and paste, edit Twitter posts, always write original
content, this is not allowed and we will need to start with penalties to be able to
enforce this requirement. Twitter is tricky and bad copy and paste looks very
bad,

● Always add at least 2 special signs like hashtag, $coin or mention

@projectname(account). every Tweet.

REDDIT RULES
● On Reddit, always read the rules of the board.

● Please remember 150 signs stays, of course it can happen that some messages
are shorter but try to keep this length in as many comments as possible, of
course on topic, no spam and no copy and pasting, every comment needs to be
unique.
● After your shift you need to check your comments on Reddit if they are not
deleted: log out and click on links you provided in reports, if they are visible
(remove cookies, or use different browser) then is ok (You can also check it from
another account), if not, then you need to write new once ASAP and publish
again, leave the reports from removed once too, we will see you are working
correctly. Remember we will start to count this as an error if many of your
comments are deleted and you do nothing against it.
● Check your notifications, inbox, posts and comments section - to know if you are
doing ok.
