1.Supervision for the operation and control of multiprocessing machineries in the
cement manufacturing process from raw materials to cement products using
SCADA(SUPERVISOR CONTROL AND DATA ACQUISITION) and Siemens Automation. 
2. Monitoring the sustainability of raw material components and provide maintenance
support for equipments reliability and development.
3. Execute plans for the production KPI targets and optimization of energy
requirements. Consolidate reports and data entries using SAP Business module 1.

1. Monitor , and Operate multi-function cement processing 
machineries like Ball Mill, Vertical Mill, Cement Mill and Raw Mill, Kiln and monitor all
process parameters at the Central Control 
Room using Programmable Logic Controller- PLC and central computer 
monitoring system (ABB-Automation/SCADA SYSTEM) and perform 
adjustments, input measurements to maximize the performance of our 
operation. 
2. Ensure the availability of raw materials to be used during the operation. 
3. Responsible for the start-up and shutdown of machineries within the 
Cement Grinding, Raw Milling, and Kiln departments. 
4. Plans and coordinates all facets of Cement Mill and Raw Mill and Kiln 
department for day-to-day operations and coordinate with production 
operators for further instructions involving the smooth operational 
activities through out the shift.
5. Consolidate process logs and reports using the ERP system (RAMCO) and directly
report to the Production Supervisor and support team for any process related issues
and quality concern.

operation and coordinates with process technicians for the smooth and efficient
operation throughout the shift.

alarms,warning signals on equipment failures,quality control,and

downtime frequency that tends to disturbed the operation at normal 
and stable condition.

production process machineries and perform check up on equipment 
status and immediately take action on some abnormalities before
