How we will conduct it:
1. We will have 2 tables with a covering sheet for our panelists to sit. They will
sit facing the audience while our two monitors will sat on either side of the
table.
2. Scott will introduce the panelist with their names and their achievements (I
will send you a more detailed list soon).
3. The monitors will take turn asking the panelists the prepared questions. They
will take turn answering the questions, their answer should be no longer than
5 minutes. We will have a Time Keeper sitting at the back of the room who
will use their phone timer to keep track of when the speaker should stop.
They will have 2 signs: “30 seconds” and “times up” which we will hold up
to inform the speaker so they know when to wrap up.
4. The monitor’s job is not only to ask the questions but to keep the
conversation flowing as naturally as possible, more like a talk show instead
of an interview.
5. The panel will last for a maximum of one hour (just so that no one gets
bored) so the Time Keeper will have a special sign: “Wrap up” when 55
minutes has passed so the monitors will know when to end the conversation.
If we have gotten through all of the questions before 55 minutes then the
monitors will also automatically wrap up.
6. At the wrap up we will give the panelist their thank you certificate and gifts.
Chau will be the one to say the ending thank you and Toai will give them
their certificate and gifts.
Positions:
- Our awesome monitors: Chau and Scott.
- The sassy time keeper: Toai.

1. We will take turn being the game director for each round. We will have one
draft round and the rest will be played with the basic roles (unless everyone
becomes so good that we can advance).

- English only, if a person speaks Vietnamese more than two times they will
die.
