this project, we’re fortunate to
have the full support of our
professors because it will have a
positive impact in the results of our
proposal. Support and assistance
from the department can help
increase the students’ feelings of
competence and therefore their
level of interest in their work.
Moreover, students who feel valued
and supported perform better in
doing a task, and go beyond their
required duties.

2. Willingness and enthusiasm

out the project because these will
serve as our foundation as to why
we need to pursue our goals.
Willingness is the quality or state of
being prepared to do something. If
we want this plan to be successful,
we have to be willing to do the
work. It's not something that's just
handed to most people. It requires
action, effort and sacrifice.
Furthermore, when we are
enthusiastic, we also inspire others,
therefore they will do their tasks
with more focus and aplomb. This
will hasten the journey towards
success as well. Additionally, it is a
proven fact that people follow
enthusiastic & passionate leaders.
 3. The project will be done
through “online” only, so the
safety of everyone from
COVID-19 will be assured - Due
to the widespread quarantine
measures in order to cut COVID-
19's chains of transmission, going
out of our homes is not
recommended. That’s why it’s
great that the project, will only be
performed through “online” only.
Therefore, the safety of the
student-volunteers, as well as the
beneficiaries, will be guaranteed.

4. Easy and smooth mode of

distribution (to the
beneficiaries) The method of
distribution to the recipients is
“hassle-free,” since we only have
to give them the load allowance by

5. Utilization of technology
(e.g. mobile devices) to carry
out the project Most of the
CWTS Student-Volunteers own a
mobile device. Therefore, we can
communicate and connect with
each other through that in order to
manage the implementation of the
project.

student-volunteers in online
selling (to sell the pre-loved
items in order to acquire
sufficient funds) It was stated in
the proposal that the way of
generating funds is through live
selling of pre-loved items. Hence,
we can use the skill of our fellow
volunteers to successfully sell all
the items, thus, acquire sufficient
funds to support the project.
 7. Accessibility of the Student-
Volunteers to the target
beneficiaries The CWTS Student-
Volunteers and the target
beneficiaries of the project are
Students as well. This will make
the execution of the proposal
easier because we have a great
access to the recipients. We can
just contact the department’s
student council so that they can
help us in the distribution of our
load allowance.

pandemic and a lot of students are

which makes it more feasible. The

donation drive on various social
media sites. As a result, expenses
are lower since only posters and
supplies are needed.
