02 Learning Revolution Project
Step-by-step procedure
Step 1 -  Identify and meet all my
constituents
I will meet with my constituents and inform all the
professionals I need to implement this project
successfully. Establish a baseline for the project's scope, a
budget, and a timetable after talking about their needs and
expectations.

Step 2 - Set and prioritize goals

Identifying the objectives and strategizes

will help us execute the project
successfully.
Step-by-step procedure
Step 3 -  Define deliverables

• To execute the project on time, we need to

determine the outputs and planning procedures
required to complete our project and achieve its
objectives.
• Then, we must create a project scope of when
each milestone in the project plan will be
completed.
Step 4 – Create the project
schedule

In this way, we will have track of what

time we should complete a task.
Step-by-step procedure
Step 5 -  Identify issues and
complete a risk assessment
We must discuss all the risks for this project to
learn and discover how we will manage them all.
Conducting a risk assessment and developing a
risk management strategy will help us execute
the project flawlessly.

Step 6 – Present the project plan to

constituents
I need to present my project plan to my constituents
effectively and show them how my projects can address
the learning crisis in our country by presenting them with
possible conflicts and solutions. We also need to have
open communication with my constituents so we can
have a clear discussion about the projects.
