II. Rationale/Objective :
Brgy Bulabog is one of the 14 Barangay of the Municipality of Bingawan. It is situated on the
Southwets of Bingawan, bounded of Barangay Ngingi-an on the West, Barangay Buyo Passi on the
North, Barangay Mamberan Passi on the East, Barnagy Tubod, Bingawan on the South. The total
population is 865 with households. Barangay Bulabog needs to have new and appropriate buildings for
the younger ones, in order to have a conducive learnings, enjoyable and where they can easily move
around. The present situation of the Day Care Center can only accommodate 10 person only. Since the
present structure of the Day Care Center is very small and the children cant move around to mingle
with each other. It is also hard and difficult for the teacher assigned to conduct or handle a session or
activities since the place is very small. The pupils are not comfortable in the learning environment and
so they tend to make unnecessary behaviour and can cause for them to have possible poor education.
IV. Methodology :
The Barangay Development Council and the Brgy Sub-Project Management Committee,
which is composed of different sub-committee, will implement the Sub-Project and each
committee has its own function that will contribute a great help for the implementation
of the Sub-Project. The Barangay Sub-Project Management Committee will be directly
responsible in the implementation of the Sub-Project with the support of Barangay Local
Government Unit and the Municipal Local Government Unit. After the completion of the
project, it will be properly turned-over the operations and maintenance (O and M)
Committee or the Barangay Council to manage the sustainability and maintenance of the
said project.
V. Project Cost :
1. Would be a great help to the pupils to have a comfortable environment for learning
2. Would enhance the learnings of the pupil by having good facilities
3. Would be a great help to parents for having a peace of mind since the Day Care
Center is a closed door and away from roadside
