crucial areas, including STEM education, technology integration, special education, school improvement, and Data
Management. Your ability to adapt, solve problems creatively, and drive positive change will support our mission to

3 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES (%)


3.1 STEM Educator (Maker Space)
a Design engaging and interactive lessons spanning diverse STEM fields (Electronics, Robotics,
Computer Science, etc.).

b Provide guidance and mentorship on project planning, execution, and troubleshooting by
Incorporating real-world applications and project-based learning into the curriculum.
3.2 Data Management Specialist

a Maintain internal and Government portal that maintains records of students, schoolwork,
CWSN, their IEPs, progress, and services availed.
Undertake the digitization of School and Center records by Tracking progress and 20%

streamlining record-keeping for CWSN families.

3.3 Technology Integration Specialist


Collaborate with educators and specialists to assess individual student needs, identify
a appropriate assistive technologies, and seamlessly integrate them into lesson plans and 20%
classroom activities
Develop and implement communication strategies to promote the school’s inclusive policies and

3.4 Support functions in other miscellaneous assignments

a Provide strategic support to different School of Inclusion functions/projects as and when required 20%

4. WORK CONDITION AND ENVIRONMENT
a. Ready to take up responsibilities, travel with short notice periods.
b. Open to working on short deadlines, deliver projects over weekends.

a. Hands-on experience with STEM tools and equipment eg, Arduino, Raspberry Pi programming, etc
b. Proficiency in designing software tools and principles of product design.

e. Communicate effectively, written (English) and oral (English and Hindi); synthesize and
articulate complex concepts in easy-to-understand ways

About Piramal Foundation

This role is in the Piramal Foundation of Education Leadership Centre with Special Needs, a division of the Piramal
Foundation. A world-class institution is being created for children with special needs, as the School of Inclusion will
serve as a model school and undergo scaling up through a partnership with the Government in the coming Year.

Scope of Work

The role involves collaborating with students, children with special needs, parents, the community, partners, and the
Piramal Foundation & School ecosystem. While performing their duties, they have to assure parents or guardians that, in
their absence, the well-being and safety of their wards are prioritized and ensured.
