What Is Responsibilty
What Is Responsibilty
There are a few responsibilities in our student’s life. One of the main responsibilities as a
student is we are required to meet academic expectations whether the expectation was set
by our parents, our teacher, or even ourselves. Other than that, we as a student, are
responsible to keep focus in class and be punctual in every class. The reason behind this
is we need to be punctual as we do not want to make our instructor to be offended by our
habit of coming late into the class and interrupting the teaching session. We also need to
always prepare for classes with all the necessary supplies. Lastly, the responsibility of a
student is we need to complete the assignments that our teacher has given us.
Factors that affect the motivation of someone in work are usually recognition, money,
and peer pressure. For example, good managers encourage their employees to work
harder. Good employees raise the status of bad ones. Bad employees drag down good
ones. A manager can drown out an individual's negativity with a team of positive people
by being aware of "negativity saturation."
They also tend to work hard to obtain recognition. Human nature dictates that you desire
to be praised for your efforts. Genuine appreciation for an employee's skills and
production is shown by effective supervisors. Everyone should be commended for
everything they accomplish; rather, let them know when they are doing a good job.
Also, one of the main reasons affecting motivation in work is money or salary.
Employees frequently promise to work harder for more money when combined with the
aforementioned should they be employed. If you routinely provide staff financial
incentives, they may grow accustomed to it and even become resentful if they don't get it.
Teamwork only succeeds when participants are confident in their ability to communicate
honestly, share ideas without fear of rejection (and build on others'), offer suggestions, and
express their thoughts. Make sure that team members may communicate with one another as well
as downwardly. The objective is multi-way communication.
Peer pressure is the power a peer group uses to shape our attitudes, behaviours, morals, and other
facets of life. Workplaces are frequently closed networks that adhere to a specific set of rules,
standards, and principles.
To overcome peer pressure in a working environment is to begin by associating with those who
don't push you to achieve anything. Your acquaintances and friend’s ought to accept you for who
you are. If they are sensible, you are more likely to be aware of your own mental health.
