1. Describe how you organize yourself for a typical day.

For any typical day, I plan for it in advance if any important task is to be scheduled. I assign the required
time for the important task with a little buffer time and plan other non important but necessary tasks
around it. I also take in account the time for travel and time for switching while assigning time for tasks.
On a day when there is no important task, I assign tentative time for each task and prioritize them based
on their respective importance.

During my time at office I maintained a diary of daily tasks and crossed check every evening before
leaving office. Subsequently, I also started doing the same with personal tasks as well.

2. Describe a situation when you had too many things to do and had to prioritize

In 2017, during my college, it was a cultural fest day. I had a dance performance on the day and I was
supposed to leave for Indore on the same day at 11 PM for a competition to represent my college in SAE
BAJA event. On the same day, I had to collect spare parts from a vendor to be taken to Indore for the
competition. It took me the entire day to collect spares from vendor and ultimately I had to drop my
dance performance and leave for Indore. I preferred the competition and performance of my team over
my personal performance which I had prepared so dearly for.

3. Describe an incident in your life that has changed your perspective/outlook towards life.

Change in my outlook towards life has been gradual for me. But one incident while working for "Career
Mahayatra"-a national level event as an organiser while I was still in school, I found myself to be a misfit
for the role at first. Working with people older and more experienced than me instituted inferiority
complex in me. But as I went on working with them. I gained confidence and changed my perspective
towards my worth among people. I learned self-worth from this experience.

4. Describe any national / global event (last 6 months) that you think is going to have a long term
impact on the world of business.

Australian fire in January 2020 had a huge impact on the world of business. A lot of capital is being
invested by world organizations and countries to aid the forests from fire with no return. Instead, that
money could have been invested in other returnable resources. The fire destroyed huge monetizable
property of Australia. They will invest capital to restore it which will result in loss again. And also the fire
and destruction of forest will result in an increase in pollution index affecting health index and hence
directly affecting human resource and subsequently the economy.

I was in third year of my college and while working for the college automotive team we were supposed
to finish the task by 31st December as we were to leave for Coimbatore on 3rd January. But somehow
we slipped our scheduled and to compensate we only had an option for working round the clock to
achieve the target. Being the senior in the department I motivated my team members to work in shifts
and work around the clock. And to my surprise my teammates worked willingly and we were able to
achieve the target before we left for Coimbatore.

For the same team mentioned in the previous answer, we were selecting team members based on
different skill set. After interviewing applicants we were engaged in the discussion and few of the
members decided to mend the pre-set rules, which I was against and only one to oppose. We got into a
heated up discussion and by the majority, the decision eventually went against me. But since we were
on tight on schedule, I accepted the decision as team decision and supported it thereafter.
