Speaking

Today I’m going to talk about accommodation. There are two pictures in front of me. In the first picture I can see a
middle age couple standing in front of probably their new house. The man is holding the keys to the brand new house
and they are smiling together. The house looks classic and I think it is probably in the countryside due to the fact that
there is a tree in the background. I can see that they are standing in their new yard. From their facial expressions we
can clearly say that they are rejoiced and glad.
In the second picture I can also see a middle aged woman, who is living in a flat. I think that she is living in an
apartment because there are a lot of apartment buildings around her. She is in her balcony preparing the table for
some guests. It’s hard to be sure what kind of guests are arriving but probably her friends or family because the table
looks cozy and simple, so we can predict that guests aren’t very special like work manager or company associates.
From her facial expression I think she feels excitement, she is obviously focused and concentrated on the table
preparing.
Regarding to the next question, there are lots of advantages while living in a flat but there also downsides. These are
some of the most valued advantages: firstly if you live in a flat you don't have to take care of the yard, living in an
apartment is usually cheaper then living in a house, secondly in most cases it is safer to live in it because of fire
hazards or robberies. The disadvantages of living in a flat are that the flat is probably small, you don't have your own
yard, and there is too little privacy. Moving on to the next question, I think depends on how much money you earn. If
you earn a lot and you can afford a flat I think it’s a great idea to buy one. But if you are a student or you just save
money for you it’s better to rent a flat.

Today I’m going to talk about tourism. There are two pictures in front of me. In the first picture I can see a middle
aged tourist woman with a bike, she is sitting on the ground and holding arms outstretched, possibly showing the
view of mountains. She is probably really enjoying the view because she looks very amazed. I think that the woman is
resting because the trip is clearly long and exhausting. Because of that she has a tourism bicycle which is holding a
few bags, a helmet and also two bottles of water, it’s hard to be sure, but there is probably a tent in a yellow bag. The
woman looks a bit tired but very happy. The photo is clearly taken in summer because the sun is shining and the
woman is wearing light sportswear. Judging by her facial expression I can say that she is satisfied, she feels ardor
because she wants to finish the trip by herself.
In the second picture I can see a full tourism bus which is travelling around the city. The bus route is probably around
Hollywood in Los Angeles. Because on the side of the bus are lot of stickers with Hollywood. The people on the
second floor are cheering up. From their movement and facial expressions I can say that they are waving to the
camera man. All the tourists are having fun and cheering in the second floor. The photo is also obviously taken in
summer because the tourists are wearing t-shirts and sun hats.
Regarding to the next question, I think that seeing nature is more fun and entertaining then riding around in a bus.
Especially in Los Angeles the nature is amazing. Moving on to the next question I would choose Indonesia to visit on
my holiday. I choosed this place because of Indonesia amazing nature.
