(35-45 min.) section to explain the tasks.
2. Give students enough time to complete the midterm.
3. When the students have completed their midterm tests, have the students pass
their Student Book to the student on their right.
4. Go over each question using the PPT Tool and get the students to mark the
midterm test.

questions about them.
2. Call on individual students to read their answers.
3. Check students’ answers using PPT Tool Slides 3-4. Give time for students to
do the markings.

1. Read each sentence and ask whether the sentence is correct or incorrect.
2. Call on a student to come up to the board and write the sentence correctly.
Check with the other students if they think the sentence is written correctly. If
the sentence is correct, then have another student come up and do the next
question. If the student is incorrect, then ask another student to come fix the
sentence.
3. Check students’ answers using PPT Tool Slide 10. Give time for students to do
the markings.

Wrap-up 1. Collect the students’ Student Book and record their grades.
(5-10 min.) 2. Have students write a test correction paper for homework.
- Have students fold a paper in half and write the questions they got
wrong on one side and the correction on the other side. Make sure
they understand why they got those questions wrong.
- If possible, have the students write why they got the question wrong
next to the correction.
