FFevikwik has always shown in the lime light when it comes to joining things. It was always consumer’s first preference
when joining things runs across his mind. But, at the same time based on our market survey the identification of
problems like Uncertainity whether to use it on certain substances stood out primarily, this creates a demand gap and
never allows us to calculate the actual market potential. Secondly, because of the absence of undoing the joint (if made
any mistake) has an impact on the product judgement while purchasing. These two segments influence the customer
purchasing behavior and never allows it under the purview of Fevikwik’s market potential. In solving with the proposed
products we will be capable on tapping unexplored markets.

3. Consumer Insights

Based on secondary and primary research that has been conducted on a random distribution sample size of 75 from
different geographic, demographic and psychographic segments, it allowed us to draw certain insights from consumer’s
responses. Firstly, even after Fevikwik stating in many of its ads that it can be used to fix ‘literally anything’ , 90% of the
consumers have agreed that they faced dilemma atleast once before applying on some product. This shows that there is
a clear gap with respect to application and uses. Secondly, 55% of consumers have mentioned that they backed off from
taking fevikwik as they were worried if fevikwik had gotten on the wrong place of the product consider the delicacy. This
shows that the concept of undoing and redoing provides user with sufficient confidence in making a purchase.
