This is to certify that the above listed BWMS, with the listed treatment capacities, has been
satisfactorily examined and tested by Independent Lab DNV GL in accordance with the
requirements contained in 46 CFR 162.060. The system shall be installed and operated in
accordance with the Elite Marine Seascape Operation, Maintenance, and Safety Manual (OMSM)
21-3-2, Rev. 10, dated October 7, 2020.

The BWMS must be marked in accordance with 46 CFR 162.060-22. A copy of this Type Approval
Certificate shall be carried on board a vessel fitted with the BWMS at all times.

Ballasting
During ballasting process, ballast water firstly passes through a self-cleaning filter for filtration
of big microorganism and particulates. The filtered ballast water then passes through an EPT
chamber where UV light is used to disinfect thewater prior to entering the ballast tank.

De-ballasting

During De-ballasting process, ballast water is pumped from the ballast tanks throughthe filter
and EPT disinfection chamber for final treatment before beingdischarged Overboard.
