(AUTONOMOUS)

PRESENTS

ONCE UPON A TIME IN

KALOTSAV
SINCE 2001

6TH, 7TH & 8TH OF OCT.

ABOUT THE THEME
-CINEMA - ONCE UPON A TIME IN KALOTSAV-

Films have changed throughout the silent era from being a

novelty entertainment to a thriving industry. “The Jazz
Singer”, the first full-length motion picture with music,
debuted in 1927 and marked the beginning of the sound era.
Charlie Chaplin-starring silent films had given way to movies
with synced music by this point in cinema history.

Regardless of our differences, The Cultural Forum of SJCC

has for the first time ever brought about a fusion of the most
anticipated event that every Josephite holds dear. So get
ready and deck yourself up as we bring back our own
cultural festival, only this time it will be much larger and
