*Tell me about yourself.

Hello everyone My name is Angelo, I was born and raised in Quezon City and
currently studying bachelor of science in
information technology at Quezon City University. For almost 3 years, I worked as a
waiter in Savoricco Catering sarvices.

My tasks were to Maintain proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling


customer needs,
replenishing utensils, refilling glasses. Greet all guests and owners warmly
with an appropriate greeting, understanding and able to communicate with customer
concern.
It was challenging job but I learn a lot from it.

*Why do you want to work for our company?


Based on my friend experience including my research, I discovered that your company
really values training and
ongoing learning for your employees also your campany is paying well and as someone
who loves to learn new things
and be challenged, it sound simple but those things are important to me.

*What are your strengths and weaknesses?


One of my greatest strengths is my ability to learn fast on the job and teach
myself different skillsets.
And while I don’t have much experience in customer service, I think my ability to
learn will help me overcome that
obstacle quickly. For my greatest weakness is when I workinghard or doing something
that I really value that
I don't have time to other things like instead of hang out with my friend I just
spend my time to finish my work.

*Why did you leave your last job?


I didn't leave my job last job, it's just it can't oparate anymore because of
pandemic and the goverment implement
lockdown. I wanted to find something more challenging where I could perfect and
develop new skills.

*What’s your idea of a call center?


For me, a customer service call center is the frontline of all customer
interactions.
It’s the job of call center agents to listen and understand customer concerns while
also providing
helpful information. At the end of the day, customer service call centers need to
create satisfied customers
with every call.

*Why do you want to work in a call center?


I’m excited to work in a fast-paced environment that will challenge me to use all
of my skills to solve problems
and improve the customer experience. I love flexing my communication skills and
interacting with customers.

*How would you handle a call from an angry customer?


I think the first step is to stay calm and express to the customer that you
understand them.
I think it’s also important to remember that it isn’t personal, and the best way to
de-escalate the situation
is to work towards a solution.
