Program Vision Don Carlos Polytechnic College-College of Teacher Education is a diverse college modelled in a new paradigm higher education
as an engine of a more peaceful, cooperative and productive society leading to open and dynamic, economically, culturally and globally
creative individuals.

Course Outcomes At the end of the course, the students must be able to;
1. Acquire the basic movements in the conditioning warm-up activities and understand the different phase of the exercise program.
2. Understand the proper procedure and techniques in performing an exercise, and different body movements and relate these
movements applying in their daily life activities.
3. Conduct a physical fitness test (Pre-test and Post-test) to determine one’s physical strengths and weaknesses.
4. Demonstrate positive personal/social character traits such as fair play, teamwork and sportsmanship.
