Reflection for the video “Race Called Life”

Life is like a race; you keep on running. You try to get as fast as possible however, it is the special race. It's a race against time, not everyone can run a long
time.

Life is quite a long journey. You learn at each and every step we make. If you try to be very fast at the beginning, chances are that you will be late at the very
end. You need lots and lots of practice and a long marathon to be a good marathon runner. In sprint, you can be fast but only for a short period. Sometimes you
must sprint in your life to feel yourself and your position. From marathon you can learn that everything is possible in life.
I think that we are always running alone. Not until we see someone who needs help more than we do. Some of them are our family, friends, and people we
meet along the way.

It is not how fast we finish the race, it’s not all about the rush it’s about time to savor every moment and slow down for us to have a chance to appreciate
