2. Canteen rotations + Opening both windows in the canteen

7. Student Council and Prefect board

Agenda:
1. For October’s event we can have something based on Halloween, we can check if it’s
possible for younger or all students to wear a Halloween costume on the 31 st.

2. If you’re a Prefect please choose a suitable time to have your canteen duty, fill your
name in the box where you would like to have your duty:

We’ll try and make sure both Canteen windows are open, to make the canteen area less
crowded.

3. Rabtaa volunteers if you’re missing a school day please check with your teachers on the
work you’ll miss to catch up with them.

4. Trips weren’t allowed last year due to covid, but we can try again this year, maybe a trip
per term (Hurghada or Gouna), and a trip somewhere around Egypt or abroad (during
the Easter or Christmas holidays)

5. There will be an Assembly for the student Council titled Excellence, so if you have any
ideas please contact me this week, so we can incorporate in the PowerPoint.

6. Clubs are open so please tell your classes to sign up if they haven’t as they will probably
begin next week, check the board upstairs for the age ranges.
