The importance if organization in a society is it helps organize, mobilize and educate people in the society. It also
allows individuals and groups to do the tasks efficiently. It helps people find information and items faster, and it
allows groups to work together without wasting time.
The Manager is important in the organization as HE is the overseer of an office and whose function is to organize and
control activities of the office. He plans the work to be performed beforehand, forecast the future demands based on
past records, Co-coordinates the activities of various departments, executes the policies and programs of the
management, communicates various policy decisions to the functional managers, designs and implement new systems
and procedures, review system and procedures periodically and effecting changes in them.
