1. No,not all because others are hardly to find.

2.My best experience of this activity is the day that i am a gymnast we always do excercises and
stretching,also we do this skill-related components excercise back then.
3.Yes,because you used your hands and eyes to find the hidden words.It is also called hand-eye
coordination.

4.It is important for students to strengthen their energy and keep them active,especially for young
students.They need to do this activities to be healthy.

5.it helps me stabilize my energy and activate my eye when waking up in the morning.

1.I feel so excited that i can do activities to keep my body healthy and away from any diseases.

2.Yes it can help for our health so we can have a good health and active mind and energy and live a long

4.Power,not souch as if i had no energy at all but there's just a time for me lose energy because of
tiredness.

3.Power,Speed, and agility,because these are the activities that i cannot improved when performing,so
i'd rather have to developed it much better.
