1. How many vigorous-intensity activities have you done the whole day? How about moderate-intensity
activities? What about less-intensity? How can you consider it a healthy and active lifestyle?

Since we are amidst of pandemic, vigorous-intensity activities are very rare to be done. It only happens
twice a week. Moderate intensity activities are done 3 times or more in a day. Less-intensity activities
are the most I have done which happen at least 4 times in a day. If it is not too much even if it is
watching tv or doing household chores, it is not healthy anymore. So, it is significant to balanced our
activities and have a proper schedule to maintain a healthy body.

2. What are the factors that can help you maximize your free time?

Have a proper schedule. Do what are on my schedule. If I didn’t finish an activity and the remaining
time is done, I will just do it the net day. I will not force myself to work more and more. It is not good
for my mental health and physical health.

3. Do you consider your daily activities healthy or unhealthy?


Sometimes it is healthy but sometimes it is not. eating, watching, reading, walking and cleaning are
some of my daily activities. As I have told, there are times that my time is not balance anymore doing my
activities. It resulted of lack of sleep and fatigue. But now, I am doing my best to help my body maintain
a healthy lifestyle.
