 Physical activity or exercise can improve your health and reduce the risk of developing several
diseases. Physical activity and exercise can have immediate and long-term health benefits. Most
importantly, regular activity can improve your quality of life. This helps maintain good muscle
mass. Develops balance, which reduces the risk of falls and helps prevent fractures. Helps
prolong autonomy.

WHAT I HAVE LEARNED

 Not getting enough physical activity can lead to heart disease—even for people who have no
other risk factors. It can also increase the likelihood of developing other heart disease risk
factors, including obesity, high blood pressure, high blood cholesterol, and type 2 diabetes. Your
muscles weaken and lose bulk including the muscles you need for breathing and the large
muscles in your legs and arms. You will become more breathless as you do less activity. If you
continue to be inactive you will feel worse, need more help and eventually even simple daily
tasks will be difficult

I studied every move First day of practice I let myself do it while vibing
1:00-2:30 pm with the music
I tried doing some steps 1:00-2:00 pm It was somehow successful
I dance the whole choreography 3:30-4:00 pm I was with the family that time
I practice and practice until I 12:00- 2:00 pm My papa was there to judge
memorized it
