- I have done three vigorous-intensity activities, four moderate-intensity
activities, and three less-intensity activities. I can consider it as a healthy
and active lifestyle, since I exercise at least one hour a day, and I always
do chores that can keep me physically active every day.
2) What are the factors that can help you maximize your free time?
- The factors that can help me maximize my free time are spending time
with my family and friends, exercising, discovering new hobbies, and
engaging in recreational activities, because doing this can improve my
mood and relieve my stress, which helps me to be healthy and physically
active all the time.

3) Do you consider your daily activities healthy or unhealthy?


- I consider my daily activities healthy, because these helps me to be
physically and mentally strong, and helps me to maintain a healthy
lifestyle.
