1. In your own words how have you used primary research during this project?
The Primary research that I have gathered myself was going through the video multiple
times and marking what noises I needed for what times.
2. In your own words how have you used secondary research within this project?
I went and watched the original video before it went mute to get an idea on what the
original creators used for it (besides the music).
3. Which areas could you improve and how would you do this?
I could add more detail into the bats flying, like wind passing as they fly past or some
flapping noises for when they are flying. I could increase the speed of the bat noises when
they’re further away from the camera. I could turn down the jets at the end.
4. What skills have you used during the course of this project?
In terms of premier pro skills, I used my knowledge and skills in Premier Pro to create
ambience, increase and decrease pitch and speed in some parts, and time certain things
perfectly (such as when he pressed the buttons on his arm).
5. Describe how you overcame a problem during the course of this project?
At first, I put most of the sounds in the places they should and almost finished it but I
accidentally deleted it all by forgetting to save. But I was able to rebuild it quicker than the
first time because I had a sheet telling me what goes where and when and I named some of
the sounds certain things where ill remember which one it is.
