CHALLENGE: Something you know could be difficult before starting the project.
The research that helped me develop my ideas for my trailer, was that
watching and looking at the film trailer this helped by rejogging my.
Memory to remember where different clips went and help my ideas by
understanding the sounds so I could add them into my trailer.
The research that helped me to make my trailer was, watching the original
trailer over and over to make sure I had everything correct. I also added
the trailer later on into my editing timeline, so I got everything in time.
From when doing the work sheets that definitely helped to make sure I
had everything I needed before starting my edit in the first place.
The least effected could be the foley work as if I liked doing the work, I
didn’t use foley in my Blair Witch Project edit.
PLANNING
To plan to do my trailer I did worksheets that helped towards making my
trailer. By doing this I had everything I needed or the proses to having to
make my trailer. So planning before was a method that really helped me.
For my website having the website information page for where you had to
have things on your website and promps to help you start was something
that helped me.
The element that was the most useful was that when I did my research I
was also doing work to get ready for my editing. The posters that was the
most useful for me doing were locations and dialogue, for these reasons
with locations I could plan were I could film for later on.
PROBLEM: Something unexpected that caused difficulties during the project.

The challenges that I faced when editing the audio was that making sure I
got the audio in the correct places and that it was in time before the other
audio started.
To overcome any problems, I had was that I had to re-add the audio back
into the timeline after the audio cut down/ deleted itself somehow.
I think the background effect worked most well because it adds a
intriguing effect that matches the effect a horror trailer gives.
Next time I think what I would do differently would be that the last audio
that I say I would say it with more emotion as that it would give more
effect to the trailer than I does.
Challenges I faced when editing+/ Recording the video was that, getting
the clips that I got recorded correctly to make sure the clip was long
enough to use, and then into editing when using the clips the challenges
that I faced in that was to make sure the clips were in time and I used
them correctly in the right time stamps.
To overcome the problems, I faced while editing and recording was that, I
would re-watch the trailer or skim through it to make sure I had
everything I needed, or I would ask for help to ask what I am missing or
what I should do next.
The part of the video that I think worked well was that the trailer that I
made was very close in time with the trailer that was given to us as a
template/ the trailer that we were making our own. I also liked most the
clip where I’ve edited the hands on the wall to look like there was a flash
light there when recording when there wasn’t.
Next time what I would do differently would be that, to ask for help when
I needed help more than just sitting there as I may have got finished
quicker than I originally did. With the editing another thing I would do
differently would be that add the trailer into the timeline earlier than I did.
I think this would have helped as I could have seen were to put thing
more faster than watching the trailer off YouTube and counting how long
I needed that clip to be.

The challenges I faced when creating the website for the film was that as I
was already further behind tan others, I wouldn’t be able to do the poster
for the Blair Witch Project.
As I didn’t have time to do the poster I didn’t have any problems.
Th part of the website that that I feel worker really well was that
everything on the website is easy exactable and that you can see where
everything is on the website.
What I would do differently would be that I would have been able to get
around to do the poster and the QR code.
