1 COMPANY OVERVIEW
Company History: Being a science graduate and
pursing Master of science. I have faced problem
regarding the availability of old books in market.
Since, new books are very much expensive,
otherwise a science students requires variety of
books to cover the over all diverse subjective
topics and analysing of science fundamentals.
Many books we have read during our bachelor
are now left unused in the self. E- PRAYOG
PUSTAKALAY is online and offline intuitive for
management of old books. It also intends to
provide an offline library. Being connected by
various retail book stores, it provide a forum for
purchasing of new books through its book
partner shops. It also centre facility to provide
selling or exchange of old books
Mission Statement: We provide all types of
books to the students at low prices and
comfortable study hall library, so that numbers
of students got educated and makes their
carrier.
Operation Structure: E-PRAYOG PUSTAKALAY
operationality is composed by it online portal or
website. Functioning of E-PRAYOG PUSTAKALAY
is based upon its Core-Committee members.
The core committee : This committee consist of
all founding groups members. The closely
observe and act according to the render
solution to every problem ,Financial, operational
(either online or offline) they deal with every
aspects.
Website Manager: He is the member of Core-
Committee.
Librarian: He is also the member of core-
committee and also a student. He has been
appointed as a librarian with minimum wages
but have premium membership with special
grants in terms of books.

E-PRAYOG PUSTAKALAY have outlets in few central
universities with the help of its students. It have
organized the data of students from different streams
and asks them for their old books, Those who
contribute the books are given Diamond membership.
Diamond membership is special quarter, it will be
discussed further in companies Financial plan.
The library also contacts with the books seller and
publisher to sell their books and advertise their shops
on its portal. Since numbers of books will be sell
through our E-PRAYOG PUSTAKALAY.
3FINANCIAL PLAN
E-PRAYOG PUSTAKALAY provides membership with
efficient facility to its customers. For its offline centre
library provides three different tiers packages to
students. These all packages are designed according to
consumer requirement. There is hierarchy in the
package utilities and pricing to meet the demand of
every individual.
Let us see the benefits and packages:-
1.Silver Seat: It is the most Basic membership. It costa
only Rs 199 per month. The library provide a study
table and a comfortable chair with peaceful and
studious environment other basic amenities like water,
light and fan are also freely provided.
2. Gold Seat : It is intermediate between silver seat
and Diamond Seat. It cost only Rs499 per month. The
library provides a study cabin with chair, table, light
and a room cooler. The E-PRAYOG PUSTAKALAY also
provide access to its books for member of Golden tier.
3. Diamond Seat: This is the most versatile package
and superior of all membership. It cost only Rs899 per
month. It gives access to all the books classified or
non-classified. Here members gets an Air-condition
cabin with all amenities like chair, table and light.
There is provision of tea for the members of Diamond
Seat every 3- times in a Day.
