Dear Parents

We are hosting a group of German students and teachers at Shreejee International School, Sonipat for Indo German
Cultural & Educational exchange programme. We will take them to Taj Mahal, Agra on Thursday, 10th November
2022.

It is possible to take some students (Grade 9 – 12) of our school with them to Agra. This would expose them to a
different experience and a different culture which would widen their global view and help them to understand their
counterparts and their way of living. Priority will be for the students who are hosting them at their homes.

This trip would cost Rs. 2000 /- (Non-Refundable) which would include the cost of AC transport, Tickets, Lunch and
professional guide. We will leave the school at 6 am and will be back to school by about 8.00 pm. You will have to
pick and drop your ward.

If you want your ward to accompany the group, please fill the consent form given below and send it back along with
the money to Mr Aas Mohammed in the Accounts Office by Monday, 7th November 2022.

Note :- 1. We have limited 20 seats only (on first come first basis)
2. Mobile and camera are not allowed.
3. Students should carry some eatables, water bottle and cash at their own risk.

Consent Form

I _________________________, parent of ____________________________of Grade & sec.________ allow my ward to go for

the trip to Taj Mahal, Agra with German Group on Thursday, 10th November 2022 and sending Rs. 2000 /- knowing that the
money is Non Refundable. My ward is physically fit and will abide by instructions given by the teacher in charge. I will drop my
ward at 5.45 am in the School and will take him / her back from the school in the evening as per information given. I realize that
the school will take all precautions to ensure the safety and comfort of my ward, but sometimes matters can get out of hand in
spite of the best possible preparations.
