1.0 PROJECT BACKGROUND


In this chapter it will show how we did a plan for our project, on how we create
and develop of our plans. We will make sure that what we expect will be the outcome
of the project.
1.1 Company name and logo

The company name "BROS BUCHI'S COMPANY" was created because
the founder of this company are brothers which in slang word is "bro's". The
meaning of the this company name symbolizes the strength of the company as it
pertains about the brothers who has a strong relationship with each other. The
simplicity of the design of the logo shows the ordinary life of this brothers but
has been changed because of their simple but unique product "buchi". The color
white symbolize cleanliness of the product and purity, fairness and independence
of the members of the company. The tagline of the company is "No one can live
without buchi", which reflects the importance of buchi to the life of these
brothers because it is the reason of the success on their lives. These brothers want
to share their success to others by offering their special buchi.

As you can see our logo has a round shape, that signifies our product
which is round shape also, MALUS MANGIFERA BUCHE’ES is the name of our
product where "Malus" is the scientific name of apple that will be see on the left of
Buchi ball, "Mangifera" is the scientific name of mango that will be see on the right
of Buchi ball. And “Buche’es” is our main product that has additional flavor which
is cheese. For short the simplest name of our product is "Apple Mango Buche’es"
the reason we use their scientific name is for the uniqueness and attraction to get a
lot of customer. We use fruits as the main flavor of our product because fruits
provide a lots of benefits also it is excellent source of essential vitamins and
minerals, and they are high in fiber that provide a wide range of health-boosting
antioxidants. All in all our product is very healthy not only healthy but also cheezy.

This section contain the Vision, Mission and Objectives of the company.
This section also covers the company's formulation of plans and strategies for
achieving its objectives.

The BROS BUCHI's company is to bring joy to our guests by providing
delicious, high-quality meals and an unforgettable restaurant experience, all while
working for the greater good of our employees, community, and environment. To be
popularly known as best selling product in the Sindalan, City of San Fernando,
Pampanga.

Mission
BROS BUCHI's mission is to give the finest product at the best price, the
best consumer experience in the industry, and respect for our employees, business
partners, and community.

Objectives
 To provide our company's stockholders with long-term profit growth.
 To consistently improve our customer experience by understanding our
customers' evolving demands.

2.0 MANAGEMENT AND PERSONNEL STUDY


This section is planning to improve the management for employees in the
company. It involves the management of people to have unity and help each other in
the organization or in the company. It is better if the relationship between the
employees and the workers is good so that the result of the work will be better and
they have unity. Better communication with the workers and employees will be
easier for the workers. Having a healthy relationship with the company and
employee will benefits both. The management and personnel study aims to inform
both employees and the organization that unity is very important because it makes a
work easier and lighter. It is important to be responsible, be professional and of
course have unity when it comes to work.

2.1 Organizational Structure


The organizational structure of Bros Buchi's Company is organized in such
a way that a president or CEO is at the top. Then there is one director who hold the
production manager, sales and marketing manager and financial manager followed
by production staff and so on. Each position has its own different duties and
responsibilities to achieve the goals of the organization. The purpose of
organizational structure is to show the hierarchical arrangement of different
positions in the company.

2.2 Job Description


The job description of BROS BUCHI’s company clearly describe an
employee's fundamental job requirements, job duties, and job responsibilities. The
abilities and qualifications required to fulfill a certain function within the firm are
listed below.

Job Title: President


The President is responsible for leading, controlling and administering one or
more department in the company. They are in charge of overseeing and managing
the organization's work system and policies. Encourage the employee to do his or
her best.

Duties and Responsibilities


 Training low level managers and staff
 Allocating budget resources
 Monitoring and motivating staff
 Manage all business operations to achieve the organization goals
 Develop and implement strategies to improve overall productivity

Job Title: Director


The Director is the individual who reports to and collaborates with one or
more higher-ranking managers. When the general manager is unavailable, she or he
assists the general manager in keeping the company running efficiently.

 Resolving customer issues

Production Manager is the person who is in charge of a company's whole

promotes equality and profitability. The person in charge of organizing the
production department's equipment and personnel.

The Sales and Marketing role is to contribute information, ideas and

Job Title: Financial Manager


The Financial managers generally oversee the financial health of an
organization and help ensure its continued viability. They supervise important
functions, such as monitoring cash flow, determining profitability, managing
expenses and producing accurate financial information.

The Production Staff is under with the position of Production Supervisor. He
or she is responsible to help the supervisor in maintaining cleanliness and

Job Title: Accountant


An Accountant is engage in any type of financial transaction related to a
certain business. The person in charge of preparing the company's financial
statements.

 Record financial transactions
 Conducting financial investigations and audits
 Reporting to managers, directors or shareholders about the financial health
of the company

2.4 Rules and Regulations


The rules and regulations of BROS BUCHI's our business have rules and
regulations that need to be followed during working hours. It will help us to work
correctly as an individual.

Absence and tardiness policy


If an employee needs to be absent or late for work due to illness or an
emergency, the employee must tell his or her supervisor by no later than the
employee's scheduled start time on the same day. If the employee is unable to make
the call, another person must do so on his or her behalf.
The employees must follow this:
 An unplanned absence that has not been properly communicated to the
employee's supervisor or department.

workday owing to tardiness, or departing early without a written and
approved time off request.
 Failure to work a full workday owing to an early departure without a written
and approved request for time off.

Dress code or personal appearance


Employees must always present a clean, professional appearance. Everyone
is expected to be well-groomed and wear clean clothing, free of holes, tears, or
other signs of wear. Clothing with offensive or inappropriate designs or stamps are
not allowed. Clothing should not be too revealing.

 Slogans or symbols on clothing, especially those that could be offensive or

The company policies of BROS BUCHI's talks about the set of rules and
regulations that an employee should follow. It set up the guidelines of direct inside
an association and organization. Company policies are in place to protect both
workers and employers' rights. Individuals will be able to avoid or limit damage
when working if the rules are clear and basic. The following policies should be
observe and follow by the employees inside and outside the BROS BUCHI's
company.
 Be on time.
 Apply proper hygiene.
 Always dress appropriately or company’s uniform
 Mobile phone are prohibited during working hours.
 Discrimination against coworkers and employers is strictly prohibited.
 Be respectful and polite to the customers and co-workers
 Smoking is strictly prohibited

The applicable ordinance at some point in the company's operation is
what Operation Policies is all about.

 Serve the customer's food as soon as they place their orders.
 Give clients whatever they want if the organization is able to supply it.

2.0 MARKETING STUDY


Marketing study examines the demand for a specific product on the market. It
focuses on the marketing and sales methods that will be employed. It examines the
business's location, demand, and competition, which may or may not have an
impact.

3.1 Market Description


Bros Buchi's Company will be established in Sindalan, San Fernando
Pampanga. It will be found in front of Jumbo Jenra Sindalan which is near the PS
Bank and Salon Privea. The company will be located on this area which is hi-way to
catch the people who go to Jenra and also for catching the motorists who are
passing on the road. The company is 170 meters away from Perpetual Subdivision
which can benefits the residents of the mentioned subdivision. We offer freebies to
wholesale consumers to motivate them to buy more of our products. Also, there will
be free taste for the customers so that we can identify if the product is satisfying.
Those marketing strategies will help the company to innovate and improve the
product so the product will reach the standard of the customers.

3.2 Product Review


The MALUS MANGIFERA BUCHE,es by Bros Buchi Company It's unique
very delicious and for everyone. It's not heavy in your pocket, and most
importantly, you'll be happy because Filipinos want healthy food and an
affordable .The manufacture of this product has been considered and planned, so
when consuming it you can be confident that you will be safe and profitable.
Unique and delicious, it definitely goes beyond the taste. The downside is that it's
not well known because it doesn't reach people's ears, but it's will be popular when
you taste it and enjoy it the Bros Buchi Company a sure you that the product is
affordable and delicious.

This section will compare the company's product to that of its competitors.
This is where the company will learn about its advantages and disadvantages in
comparison to other businesses. This will assist the organization in determining how
to market, price, and create a strategic plan. The following are the company's

establishment's best sellers are the Yumburger, the house hamburger and Chicken

spicy versions; and Jolly Spaghetti, a Filipino sweet-style interpretation of spaghetti,
which is being advertised as "the meatiest, cheesiest spaghetti". And the desert of
sundae and mango, ube, and apple pie which is famous dessert in Jollibee. The
different is it is not healthy and its no healthy ingredients which is malus Mangifera
Buche is more convenient and healthier.

items, and desserts. In most markets, McDonald's offers salads and vegetarian
items, wraps and other localized fare. Just like in Jollibee the apple pie is not
healthy and now we need a dessert that can help our body make healthier.

3.4 Consumer Survey Summary


The results of the survey are presented in this section. Using a survey
questionnaire, the researchers conducted an interview with Senior High School
students at Our Lady of Fatima University - Pampanga Campus. To know the target
market who wants to try the buchi balls, which is the Malus Mangifera buche'es.
This survey will aid researchers in developing a marketing strategy for the product
in order to introduce it to the market. A pie graph will be used to illustrate the
results. The survey's results were tallied and thoroughly evaluated by the
researchers.

age. It also represent the age of 50 respondents. It shows that their age group is 17
to 21 years old. In the data collected. 28 of the total respondents are 18 years old
which is equivalent to 56% This being followed by 13 respondents with 17 years
old which is equivalent to 26% while the 7 respondents are 19 years old equal to
14%. After that 1 of the respondents are 20 years old which equivalent to 2% while
the remaining 1 respondent is followed by the age group of 21 years old which is
equivalent to 2%.

The main ingredients of Malus Mangifera Buche’es are fruit that is very
nutritious and healthy they are apple and mango, the rest of fixing ingredients like
glutinous rice flour, white sugar, green mung beans, cheese and so on and so far. It
will be partnered with very yummy and delicious hot coffee. The product strategy
of Malus Mangifera Buche’es is very affordable, special and 2 in 1 not just only
food but it has coffee.

3.1 Pricing Strategy


This part will provide the information about strategizing the price of the
product to make us informed on how much is the cost of the product and the
expected net profit. The product that will be sold by the company is 10 pieces for
Php 50.00 pesos. The start-up cost of the product will be Php 1,050.00 pesos that
will create a 300 pieces of Malus Mangifera Buchi. The company will generate Php
1,500.00 pesos by the pricing of Php 50.00 pesos for 10 pieces of Malus Mangifera
Buchi, that will result to a business profit of Php 450.00 pesos.

reach its target market and a solid service to run a profitable business. The company
will provide good service and good product to make it the strength of the company.
As a result, customers value it more and it is viewed as company strength rather

and sell it to the customers directly. This method can help customers form positive
relationships.

This section shows which strategies and what is used to promote the product.
Since the product is unknown, we will promote it on various social media platforms
and leave the recommenders free to taste it. The first 5 customers will receive a free
product. The product is of good quality. Make sure your customers are happy to be
back and give a flyers that will give information about our product.

12. On a clean surface, dust with flour & roll the Buchi dough.
13. Divide dough into two and roll into a log.
14. Cut dough to 16 pieces, then form into a ball and set aside.
15. Flatten the ball dough and make a hollow in the center.
16. Fill it with crushed Apple in right side and Mango in left side add the cube size
cheese in the center and seal the dough then roll again to form a ball.
17. Repeat the process until all dough are filled
18. Dip balls into the flour mixture and coat with sesame seeds
19. Continue the process until all balls are rolled with sesame seeds.

1. Heat oil over medium-low heat
2. Fry Buchi balls in batches, do not overcrowd the pan.

5. Fry each Buchi balls until golden brown.

8.0 Socio-economic Study


Socioeconomic status is the social standing of class of an individual or group. It is
often measured as a combination of education, income and occupation. Examinations of
socioeconomic status often reveal inequities in access to resources, plus issues related to
privilege, power and control. Socioeconomics (also known as social economics) is the

social science that studies how economic activity affects and is shaped by social
processes. In general it analyzes how modern societies progress, stagnate, or regress
because of their local or regional economy, or the global economy. It also refers to the
ways that social and economic factors influence the economy.

8.1 The Government


The governments is such an important part of our society, businesses must
cultivate positive relationships with it. The government collects tax on businesses. Every
business helps the government a lot in view of that fact the taxes it pays help the people
and the government. The firm is responsible to the government, it is held accountable. It
will be required to pay taxes to the government, which will be used for future
government projects. Any firms or business in the Philippines is required to pay taxes
under Republic Act No. 1856.

8.2 Other beneficiaries


It is the outcome of economic growth. In the job you have a beneficiary that the
company will provide for those employee they have the rights and it will help them us a
individual.
