This section contain the Vision, Mission and Objectives of the company.
This section also covers the company's formulation of plans and strategies for
achieving its objectives.
Vision
The BROS BUCHI's company is to bring joy to our guests by providing
delicious, high-quality meals and an unforgettable restaurant experience, all while
working for the greater good of our employees, community, and environment. To be
popularly known as best selling product in the Sindalan, City of San Fernando,
Pampanga.
Mission
BROS BUCHI's mission is to give the finest product at the best price, the
best consumer experience in the industry, and respect for our employees, business
partners, and community.
Objectives
To provide our company's stockholders with long-term profit growth.
To consistently improve our customer experience by understanding our
customers' evolving demands.
To promote quality, growth, and pleasure among our employees.
To delight and nourish our customers with healthy, high-quality, and
delectable food, as well as good service at a fair price.
To make a positive contribution to society through projects that are in line
with our corporate social responsibility policy.
A scheduled absence occurs when an employee seeks and is granted time off
in accordance with the department's and university's policies.
Failure of an employee to report to his or her allocated work location and be
ready to begin work at the specified start time, including returning after
breaks and lunch periods.
Failure to report to work on time, or working less than half of a scheduled
workday owing to tardiness, or departing early without a written and
approved time off request.

Behavior
One of the important traits a employee must have is the good behavior.

2.5 Company Policies
The company policies of BROS BUCHI's talks about the set of rules and
regulations that an employee should follow. It set up the guidelines of direct inside
an association and organization. Company policies are in place to protect both
workers and employers' rights. Individuals will be able to avoid or limit damage
when working if the rules are clear and basic. The following policies should be
observe and follow by the employees inside and outside the BROS BUCHI's
company.
Be on time.
Apply proper hygiene.
Always dress appropriately or company’s uniform
Mobile phone are prohibited during working hours.
Discrimination against coworkers and employers is strictly prohibited.
Be respectful and polite to the customers and co-workers

nutritious and healthy they are apple and mango, the rest of fixing ingredients like
glutinous rice flour, white sugar, green mung beans, cheese and so on and so far. It
will be partnered with very yummy and delicious hot coffee. The product strategy

3.10 Packaging
Malus Mangifera Buche’es packaging features the product's branding, it shows the
logo of their product in front and back of the packaging. Malus Mangifera Buche’es can
be stored in the packaging for up to ten times. The packaging container is made of paper
and has a holder, making it easy to transport. It can also keep dirt out thanks to its sealed
container.

company should consider the country's political structure and processes when analyzing
political risk. As a food facility, Bros Buchi must obtain a sanitary permit to ensure that
the processed, stored, sold, and served food or product is clean and healthy.

4.3 Micro Environmental Analysis
This parts shows the Micro Environmental Analysis which are the internal factors
of the business, specially the strengths and weaknesses. These factors have the direct
influence in the company. Customers are one of the factors that must be analyze because
they are the one who aquire the product and the customers' satisfaction is the main
purpose of the company. Competitors must also be assess and needed to keep a constant
check because the company must ensure the product is unique and better than those of
the competition. This analysis will help the company in achieving the objectives and has
an impact in the success of marketing activities.

Tight Marketing Budget
11. Set aside flour mixture, you will use this to stick sesame seeds to Buchi balls.
12. On a clean surface, dust with flour & roll the Buchi dough.
13. Divide dough into two and roll into a log.
14. Cut dough to 16 pieces, then form into a ball and set aside.
15. Flatten the ball dough and make a hollow in the center.
16. Fill it with crushed Apple in right side and Mango in left side add the cube size
cheese in the center and seal the dough then roll again to form a ball.
17. Repeat the process until all dough are filled
18. Dip balls into the flour mixture and coat with sesame seeds
19. Continue the process until all balls are rolled with sesame seeds.
Frying Buchi:
1. Heat oil over medium-low heat
2. Fry Buchi balls in batches, do not overcrowd the pan.
3. Flip often to avoid sesame seeds from burning.
4. Buchi expands as it cooks; it creates a hallow interior and crunchy exterior.
5. Fry each Buchi balls until golden brown.
6. Lastly, serve it in a clean plate. And put them in a proper packaging.
Tupperware
This part describes the action plan of Bros Buchi's company within three years
for successful running of business. This action plan will lead as a guide in obtaining
goals and achieving the objectives of the company for a good performance. It will also
help to gain more trust from customers and it will provide a different strategies for
promoting the products of Bros Buchi's company. This will show the events and
marketing strategies every quarter of the years in order to make more profit and get more
customers.
Year 2023
1st Quarter (January-March)
This is the grand opening of Bros Buchi's Company together with the
community. This event will help the company to introduce itself to the community. The
company will host the special event and meet members of the local community. The
company will also provide a benefits to the attendees of the event like gift for every
purchase. Every customers who attend the event and will purchase of Malus Mangifera
Buchi will have giveaways like mug, tumbler, and bags with the brand of the company.
And every first three customers everyday that will buy buchi that costs 500+ will receive
giveaways in the first quarter.
2nd Quarter (April-June)
The second quarter is a summer vacation months. In order to be with the
customers on their "summercation" the company will have a truck for selling buchi
anywhere. It will give opportunity to branch out the business and sell the products on any
area and find the best place where is the area has the most potential customers. This will
help to get more profit because there will have a chance to reach the customers on their
summer vacation place.
3rd Quarter (July-September)
For the third quarter, the company will conduct an online competition for the
brand ambassador. The contestants are from age of 15-19 yrs old because the company
wants to provide a pageant-like competition for teenagers showing the Malus Mangifera
Buchi on their photos. The winner will be the Brand Ambassador of the Company and
will promote the product to the community. This event will help the company to promote
itself to a larger population.
Year 2025
1st Quarter (January-March)
This quarter will be a significant challenge for us because it marks the official
launch of our company. We decided to hold events so that we could present our company
to people while they were having fun. In addition, everyone who attends our event will
receive a free gift. With each purchase, we will provide them with essential rewards.
Moreover, we will provide special prizes to the first three persons who purchase our
product for PHP 500. Year 2023
2nd Quarter (April-June)
This quarter is known as "summer vacation month". We concocted the notion of
having a food truck traverse the neighborhood in search of the ideal location with the
most prospective clients. This will enable us to earn more money.
3rd Quarter (July-September)
In this quarter, the business decided to have a program where they give free food
and water for the homeless people outside the store. It’s a program that the company
will do annually. And it's a good program that the company will do every year. The want
to inspire the customers that the business is not just any business, it also the company
want to do good those who need helps.
4th Quarter (October-December)
For the last quarter of 2024, the company will be having Christmas promos where
the customer will buy worth of five hundred pesos of any product in the store. They will
get a free planner , pen, and loyalty card which is a great sample of gifts for Christmas
Day. This promos will help the company gain more customers for them to stay loyal
customer.
