FIVE – YEAR SECTORAL


DEVELOPMENT PLAN
INTRODUCTION

The sectoral development plan lays-out the different sectoral development


interventions of the barangay. These development interventions are only the result of the
consultations involving the community and several other sectors which are found to be a
contributory factor in whatever directions the barangay have. The sectoral development
plan also states the goals and objectives of each sector as well as the types of programs,
projects and activities that the barangay is going to undertake within the planning period.

A. ECONOMIC SECTOR

DEVELOPMENT OBJECTIVES

 Rehabilitate, protect and conserve the remaining natural resources.


 Increase the real income of households.
 Promote sustainable agricultural production.
 Sustain supply of water among spring sources.
 Increase per unit area productivity of agricultural lands.
 Promote and sustain production of planting materials for reforestation,
agro-forestry and other programs for agro-forestry reforestation.
 Control and prevent soil, erosions, landslides and floodings.
 Provide marketing support for agricultural products.
