(the ”Employee”)

is the following Employment Contract entered into regarding the Employees employment at the
Company.

1. COMMENCEMENT OF EMPLOYMENT AND PLACE OF WORK

1.1. The Employee shall take up the position as agriculture worker at the Company with effect
from 2. june, 2022.

1.2. It is a fixed-term employment contract and it ends without further notice on 31. juli 2022.

1.3. The place of work is Samsø.

2. SALARY
2.1. The Employees salary is DKK 142 per hour.

2.2. There is no overtime rate etc.

2.3. The salary is paid on a monthly basis on the last banking day of each month.

2.4. The salary is paid to account, IBAN LT71 3250 0127 6829 8329, BIC REVOLT21.

2.5. The Company does not pay pension contributions. The Employee's salary is thus
determined taking this into account.

3. WORKTIME
3.1. The employee’s weekly working hours are variable and will in average approximately
constitute between 5 and 37 hours per week, lunch breaks excluded.

4. HOLIDAY
4.1. The Employee is entitled to holiday in accordance with the Danish Holiday Act applicable
from time to time.

4.2. Feriepenge is paid to Feriekonto in accordance with the Danish Holiday Act.

5. TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT
5.1. Both the Company and the Employee can terminate the employment without any notice.

6. OTHER PROVISIONS
6.1. The employment relationship is not governed by a collective agreement.

6.2. By signing this contract, the Employee accepts that the Company may process and
transfer the Employee’s personal information, with the purpose of complying with the
Company’s legal obligations and fulfilling administrative or management objectives. This
includes the Company’s transfer of the Employees personal information to third parties
that may be responsible for salary administration.

7. SIGNATURE
The contract is executed in two copies, both to be duly signed by the parties. The
Company retains one copy and the other copy is handed over to the Employee.
