GENERAL GUIDELINES for the CONDUCT of RESEARCH

1. Group meetings, interviews, consultations, and oral defense shall be conducted remotely via online
platforms such as BigBlueButton, Zoom, Google Meet or Messenger.
2. Researchers shall rely only on remote data collection using online data gathering tools such as
Google Forms, Google Docs, Survey Monkey, etc.
3. Researchers should guarantee the informed consent of respondents and take measure to minimize
the risk associated with issues of confidentiality and data privacy.

 BUSINESS PROPOSAL

III. COMPANY OVERVIEW

A. NAME, NATURE, LOCATION OF THE BUSINESS

The origin of the name was made up when the proponents came up with the idea of "Chocolate-

Banana Tart". Since there are four proponents the operation will fall under partnership. Tarts are

already widely available in the market all around the country with its different kinds of flavours.

Pili tart is already a popular delicacy here in the Bicol Region meanwhile it's the pineapple tart that

is known in the town of Daet. So, the proponents think of new flavor with ingredients that is easily

to access and with nutritional benefits which is the banana and chocolate with its main ingredients.

Aside from its nutritional value, the product is also reasonably priced and has a delicious taste.

From the product itself to the packaging, everything is safe and sterilized to protect customers

from viruses and provide only delicious and healthy products.

But since the market has yet to discover it, unlike the popular tarts like pili tarts. Banana and

Choko from "chocolate" was put together to form the name "Banana Choko Tart." The proponents

will serve six (6) chocolate-banana tart per box and it costs ₱120.00 per box. The business will be

based at La Consolacion College-Daet, with teachers, students, and other faculty members as its

primary target market. Most people can afford the products because they are reasonably priced,

and the majority of those who will purchase them are students. We are also open for any

suggestions or opinions that the customers will say to us, so that we can improve and be more

innovative in creating our product.

B. LEGAL BUSINESS DESCRIPTION

The business structure will be a partnership since four people own the company. A partnership

agreement specifies the conditions of the partnership by, among other things, formalizing rules for

profit and loss sharing, ownership percentages, dissolution terms, and management rights. The

Banana Choko Tart will be assisted and controlled by the proponents, who are Ed Raphael R.

Cabanela, Cheris M. Villamor, Kristine Anne E. Omaña, and Radj Ericsson E. Melendres. The

aforementioned business supporters will be in charge of providing money, management, and

overall business operations.

C. LICENSING AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Before launching a business, the proponents anticipated that a large number of papers and

requirements would be required for the proponents to begin operating the said business; the

standards must be met in order for them to continue with its legal operation for the customers.
