1. Reference: San Marcelino MPS Blotter Entry No. 2021-06-2652 dated June 25,
2021.Request to conduct Laboratory Examination on the submitted pieces of evidence
to determine the presence of Methamphetamine Hydrochloride and marijuana dried
leaves, a dangerous drug.

San Antonio, Zambales) single, maid, high school graduate and a resident of Brgy. Linasin, San
Marcelino, Zambales. (Watch listed Drug Personality);

2. Runalyn Baula y Perez, female, 24 years old, (P/DOB: August 10, 1996/
Manila) single, jobless, high school under graduate and a resident of Brgy. San Miguel, San
Antonio, Zambales;

3. Michael Bumanglag y Sanchez, male, 35 years old, (P/DOB: September 30,

1985/ Ilocos Norte) single, jobless, high school graduate and a resident of Brgy. San Miguel San
Antonio, Zambales;

4. Marvin Santos y Acebedo, male, 44 years old (P/DOB: April 12, 1977/
Castillejos Zambales) married, fisherman, high school graduate and a resident of Brgy. Sindol,
San Felipe, Zambales. (Watch listed Drug Personality);

5. Marnie Tiongzon y Palma, male, 35 years old (P/DOB: May 28, 1986/ Cebu
City) married, fisherman, high school graduate and a resident of Brgy. Sindol, San Felipe,
Zambales; and

6. Fernan Dela Cruz y Botardo, male, 30 years old (P/DOB: February 26, 1989/
Quezon, Nueva Ecija), single, jobless, high school graduate and a resident of Brgy West Dirita,
San Antonio, Zambales.

c. Date/Time, Place of Arrest: On June 25, 2021 at about 8:00 PM at

Purok Masigasig Barangay San Isidro, San Marcelino, Zambales.
