Write a little about how the experience of getting peer feedback could have been
improved by the person delivering it? Think about the questions above if this helps.
(Minimum 200+ words)

The feedback I was given was clear and concise however I could have benefited with more
criticism on how to improve the work I had completed. I had finished most of the work
however I think some of it was not as good as it could have been. I went through after the
feedback and fixed some things, but I had to find them myself. Most of the feedback was
delivered through speaking but some written criticism would have helped me understand
it more.

And finally, think about how the experience of both delivering and receiving
feedback/verbal/written communication can be applied to Esports. Think about team
dynamics, fostering a positive environment, giving clear and measurable targets, etc.
(Minimum 300+ words)

Verbal feedback is especially important in an esports environment. Providing helpful

criticism to your team would help you improve at the game making being clear, concise,
and polite invaluable tools when working in a team atmosphere. Fostering a positive
environment can boost team morale and improve productivity from all members of the
team, while also allowing players to speak up about issues they have. It is important to
also be able to take criticism maturely as reacting badly would only cause arguments and
would not benefit anyone. Effective communication skills are also useful for other jobs in
the esports scene such as managers, coaches, and observers. Managers need to be able
to talk to their team and effectively communicate what they need. They also need to take
in suggestions from the team and implement them.
