Child Pick-Up Policy Wellspring Bible Fellowship Awana Club

The Awana Club of Wellspring Bible Fellowship values your children that you place into our care. We want to make sure that no harm comes to your child, and that they have an enjoyable time at our Awana Club. We would like you as a parent or guardian of a child in our Club to use the following policy on picking up your child every evening end of the Club night: You may pick up your children in the following areas: 1. For the Truth & Training club, please pick up your child at 8:00 p.m. in the Fireside Room. 2. For the Sparks club, please pick up your child after 8:00 p.m. in Rooms 118, 207, 213, 216, 217, and 218. These rooms are located on the first and second floors on the east side (back) of the church. Also, please follow the following rules: 1. Children are not allowed to leave the Awana Club by themselves and walk out to a waiting car. 2. Children may not be picked up by an older sibling. 2. If you have a medical condition or cant come into the church for any reason, we can arrange for a leader to walk your child outside to a waiting car.
