2 Copy of Control Valve calibration certificate is attached.
3 All punch list items completed and inspected.
Control Valve is installed in accordance with specifications, drawings, and vendor

documentation. Test equipment recorded and in conformance.
Associated Control Valve pieces; including but not limited to tubing, support, accessories,

etc., are installed in accordance with specifications, drawings, and vendor documentation.
6 All labeling is clear and in accordance with specifications and drawings.
7 All gaskets type and installation are in accordance with specifications and drawings.
8 All bolt lubrication is in accordance with specifications and vendor’s documentation.
9 All temporary stops, bracing, cribbing, etc. have been removed.
10 Control Valve is undamaged and clean.
11 All coatings are in accordance with specifications, drawings, and vendor documentation.
When required in accordance to specifications and vendor’s documentation the

Preservation has been maintained and “P” check sheets completed.
