filed a case against their business for breach of contract, who would have been

Answer: Based on the no.3, the unexpected problem occured between the
owner and the client. If a client had filed a case against their business for
breach of contact. Who would have been legally responsible to respond? The
responsible for that problem is the owner because no one can complain if
there is no problem on the service or the products’ sell or delivered. It must
be the owner facing those problems and admit their mistakes because
customer is always right. I don't exactly agree that saying but for me as the
owner we need to face those problems so that the products we sell is in good
condition to the client. At the same time the image of the business and the
name of the owner is good to the eyes of the clients. So that the business is
still their and more blessings to come.
