furniture factory, where every day comes with a promise of a new horizon.

PRODUCTION MEETING

It all starts here with a central production plan. Principles of lean manufacturing are followed to
produce diverse products in one premises where there is a minimal waste of material, resources,
process and human involvement. We follow a master plan, a monthly plan, and a weekly plan.
Orders from local and international showrooms arrive via MY HATIL, an integrated web based
ERP system. Orders from Project Marketing team and International OEM clients also find their
way to us. The central planning team sits a week before the actual production starts. They fix
production details, coordinate respective units, check stock availability and finalize delivery
deadlines. The core principle is, once a material gets into the production process, it just cannot sit
idle even for a second before it ends up being a part of a complete product.

PANEL UNIT

This state-of-the-art section has a number of separate and independent units. The Panel Section
delivers premium quality products, thanks to the seasoned workforce and top-notch machinery
employed here.

SOLID WOOD UNIT

The solid wood section is a testament of age-old wood curving brilliance and modern artisanship.
High-end CNC machines, globally renowned equipment are in place to set an industry
benchmark, backed by HATIIL's 30-year plus legacy in woodworking.

The panel and solid wood section have something more than meets your eyes. Globally
renowned high-end software drives everything here. Accuracy is achieved, time is saved!

CHAIR & SOFA UNIT

The Chair & Sofa Unit of the factory does something that is again unique. They follow an
integrated line production process. Appropriate fabric is picked, patterns get developed, cut,
sewn and readied to go with the respective furniture categories. World-famous machines run here
with great precision to make things come alive.

FABRIC UNIT

The right selection of fabric means it compliments the piece of furniture it is going to adorn. And
who understands it better than the designers of HATIL's fabric development section. They are
always busy experimenting with combinations and exploring possibilities.

OEM UNIT

HATIL is happy to serve as an OEM manufacture for global brands. Our products strictly meet
all the guidelines laid out by international markets. A sense of precision and well-earned
perfection guide us through to meet the expectations.

R & D AND PROJECT SOLUTION

A team of in-house furniture designers develops new products to serve the market. Interior
solutions to Private and Government Projects, Hotels, Hospitals, Corporate spaces is a regular
undertaking by the HATIL Project Solution team.

BENTWOOD UNIT

As a brand HATIL does things that others follow. A pioneer in commercial production of
bentwood furniture in the country, HATIL's bentwood section is poised to bring about something
that is truly out of the ordinary.

LACQUER UNIT

A great finish comes easy when latest technology and years of experience go hand in hand. The
lacquer section uses an elaborate lacquer process. Application of UV Lacquer line, modern
robotics, pressurized room and experienced people are working here. This section is truly a gem
of HATIL's crowning glories.

COST CENTERS

The true beauty of HATIL’s production process lies somewhere else. HATIL practices time
based planning in production. The factory has defined more than 70 cost centers incorporating
value adding actions in the production flow. A continuous monitoring and improvement measure
in each cost center guaranties production efficiency at every moment. Per minute cost of a cost
center is well identified which eventually allows HATIL clients to enjoy a justified price for their
cherished HATIL product.

CENTRAL GO-DOWN

HATIIL's central go-down is the final destination of finished products. These are packed in flat
boxes and await delivery. The semi-finished products and parts are stored in the go-down as well
to serve as intermediary stock. This intermediary stock is stored here to reduce the lead time for
delivery.

TRAINING SESSIONS

The fittermen are trained regularly to deliver the best value to our customers. Employees are also
trained regularly on the features of the products, consumer preferences, market trends, marketing
and sales strategies by experts.

METAL FURNITURE UNIT

Being a brand that produces diverse products, it's no wonder that HATIL has its very own metal
furniture unit. A wide range of metal furniture is produced here with the use of top-class
machines. This section also produces accessories and smart fixtures that you get to see in HATIL
products.

FOAM UNIT

Foam used in HATIL furniture comes from its very own Foam Production unit. This integrated
unit produces various foam products that compliment the diversity of HATIL furniture. While
this unit uses superior raw material and it adheres to the most-updated process, it also does its bit
for the environment by producing rebounded foam from production off-cuts. Sofa construction
pillows are made from fabric off-cuts and the fiber wastage. Meaning, HATIL's deep conviction
toward recycling is maintained at every stage.

BOARD UNIT

The sense of self-reliance runs deep in HATIL's brand philosophy. And that is what motivates
them to establish their very own state-of-the-art Board Factory. Here you will find a grand
display of high-end machines that run smoothly to produce superior particle board from wood
off-cuts, and plywood from hand-picked wood species. HATIL's famous Flush and Solid Doors
are produced here too that carry the signature of years of experience. Chipboard surfaces like
veneer, melamine and other paper-laminated products are all made here.

SAFETY & RECYCLING

Because of its deep concerned about safety and environment, HATIL equipped its entire
premises with fire detection systems and firefighting equipment. The state-of-the-art wood dust
collection system has been put in place to reduce potential health hazards. Dust collected from
every floor is used to make briquettes. And these briquettes are eventually used as fuel for the
thermal fluid heater which powers sophisticated machines. You can say that people working here
can breathe easy, thanks to all these efforts.

CENTRAL DELIVERY DOCK

The factory makes deliveries from central delivery dock. A fleet of delivery vans and diligent
workforce are promise of timely delivery.

RETAIL SHOWROOM

Our retail showrooms are all over the country and across continents.

INNOVATION

give their customers an experience that is unheard of in this country. Hence, HATIL V, country’s
first ever complete Virtual Showroom came into being. Available in retail showrooms, HATIL V

you a 3D view of your room with your chosen furniture in less than 15 minutes. The E-
commerce site and Augmented Reality based applications keep you ahead in this fast-paced
world. Fresh and novel designs are on their way too to make our life convenient than ever.

FAIR AND EXPO

For years, we have been making our presence felt across fairs and expos, which has made us a
household name across regions. Visitors crowd our pavilions to check out new products and get
the best deals.

CSR

Being a sensible corporate citizen, we want to make our humble efforts in this community by
running a school for the children of HATIL workers. The school promises to introduce children
to new horizons of a better future.
