HOW TO PROCEED FOR VVM 2022-23 FINAL EXAM

(30 NOVEMBER 2022)

A. Mobile/Tablet Device Users

1. Exam can be attempted only once on 30th November, 2022 (any time as per the convenience
of students/schools) through VVM Exam – Students Application only. Timing for the same is
from 10:00am to 06:00pm. Last login will be till 05:59pm.
2. Uninstall the previously installed VVM App. Install the latest version of VVM Exam – Students
Application on 29th November, 2022 for attending exam on 30th November, 2022 from
Google Play Store. Download and Install the same. Link for the same will be available on
VVM’s website as well as on school and student dashboards. App version should be V25.

3. Install and open it. Enter your username (e.g. DLXXXXXX) and password (******) and click on
Login. You can find your username and password in your registered Email Id and Mobile
Number or on the same email id you received OTP while registration.
4. In case if you have forgot your password, go to Login page on website. Click on Forgot
Password > select Student > provide information you remember like Username or Registered
Mobile Number or Registered Email id and click on Request. You will receive it on the same.

5. Now click on the Final Exam and Download Questions / Paper in your preferred language.
6. Select the primary language you wish to see the questions in exam and click on Download
button. English is by default secondary language. This option lets you switch between two
languages. By selecting English as primary language you won’t be able to see other language.

7. When questions / paper downloading process completes you will get “download completed”
a pop-up message.
8. Now you will be taken to page where Instructions related Exam are given. Read those
instructions carefully. When you are done with reading the instructions click to Accept Terms
and click on Start Final Exam button. You will have to start the exam within 10 minutes time
otherwise you will be redirected back to home page of App.
9. Click on the START EXAM on pop-up when you are ready to attend the exam as you won’t be
allowed to leave exam and it will be counted as Exam Attempted.

10. When you click on START EXAM you will be landing on this page where you will have to TURN
ON AIRPLANE MODE and SWITCH OFF WiFi or Internet. While turning these ON and OFF do
not minimize the App, just scroll down the bar from top of the mobile panel to do the same.

When Red colored text indicators changes in GREEN Color means it is done.
11. Click on view questions for going to Section-A. You will have to answer 40 questions in 30
minutes’ duration. You will see a screen like below with – switch language to English – Moving
to Next or previous question option along with the grid of Not Visited (white color), Visited
(Blue color) and Answered (Green Color) questions.

12. Click on the End Section button only when you have answered all the questions or are ready
to move to next section. If you have time remaining in hands it is suggested to use it for
revision purpose as it won’t be carried forward and you will not be allowed to come to
Section-A again.
13. Once you submit Section-A you will be landing on the Section-B page. You will have to answer
60 questions in 60 minutes’ duration. You will see a screen like below with – switch language
to English – Moving to Next or previous question option along with the grid of Not Visited
(white color), Visited (Blue color) and Answered (Green Color) questions. All options will be
similar to Section-A.

14. Click on the End Exam button only when you have answered all the questions of Section-B
and are ready to end exam. If you have time remaining in hands it is suggested to use it for
revision purpose as you will not be allowed to return here or attempt exam again.
15. Do not try to minimize, shift or change tabs or play with any sound, camera, power button
etc. while attempting question paper. It will automatically submit your answersheet or
terminate your session if you will try to do the same 3 times.

16. Now you will be landing on the page where you will be asked to TURN OFF AIRPLANE MODE
and TURN ON WiFi or INTERNET. While turning these OFF and ON do not minimize the App,
just scroll down the bar from top of the mobile panel to do the same.

When Red colored text indicators changes in GREEN Color means it is done.
17. Now submit Answersheet by both two options 1) Upload Answersheet and via 2) Send Email.
Through Upload Answersheet option it will be uploaded automatically. If you have already
logged in in your email id the email will be automatically drafted and you have to just click on
Send Email button. In case you are not logged in your email id follow the steps given on last
screen.

When Blue colored buttons changes in GREEN Color means it is done.

Send Email option button won’t change its color.

You will also receive a pop-up message of confirmation - “file uploaded successfully.”
Notice: Do not log out or uninstall the App until you have not uploaded your Answersheet.
