HOW TO PROCEED FOR VVM 2021-22 FINAL EXAM (05 DECEMBER 2021)

B. Desktop/Laptop Device

1. Exam will be conducted on Sunday, 05 December, 2021 through VVM Exam – Students
Application only. Timing for the same is from 10:00am to 06:00pm. Last login will be till
05:59pm.
2. Uninstall the previously installed Mock Exam App. Install the latest version V18 of
vvmfinal2021 (.seb file) Final Exam Application on 04 December, 2021 for attending exam on
Sunday, 05 December, 2021 from Student/School Dashboard or VVM’s website. Download
and Install the same. Link for the same is https://vvm.org.in/desktop_instruction.

STEP-1
3. Download Safe Exam Browser by clicking on the links given. No need to download and reinstall it
if you have installed it earlier. Instruction related to installation are given in the same page.
 Download Safe Exam Browser according to the Operating System of your device.

4. Right click on the SafeExamBrowser (downloaded) file and click on “Run as administrator”

5. Download vvmfinal2021 Exam App. Link to download this file is given in the Green Color Box.

6. Open vvmfinal2021 Exam App with administrator privileges (Right Click on the App > Run as
Administrator or click on Open With > Safe Exam Browser). Running/Opening the app as an
administrator is compulsory. To run/open the application as administrator on desktop/laptop
please Right click on the downloaded file. There you can see an option "Run as administrator".
Click on it. If it asks for a password, then enter the admin account password of your
computer/laptop.

Right Click on vvmfinal2021.seb file and click on “Open with”

 Now select “Safe Exam Browser” and click “ok”

7. To start exam, on the login screen, enter the Login Credentials provided to you.
8. Select the language from the drop-down menu and click on Next.
9. Now you will be landing on Instructions page. Read all the instructions carefully and Click on
Go to Exam to view questions of Section-A.

10. Click on "Go to Exam" to go to Section-A. You will have to answer 40 questions in 30 minutes’
duration. You will see a screen like below with – switch language to English – Moving to Next
or previous question option along with the grid of Not Visited (white color), Visited (Blue
color) and Answered (Green Color) questions.
11. To end the Section-A click on “End Section” button.
12. Click on the End Section button only when you have answered all the questions or are ready
to move to next section. If you have time remaining in hands it is suggested to use it for
revision purpose as it won’t be carried forward and you will not be allowed to come to
Section-A again.
13. Once you submit Section-A you will be landing on the Section-B page. You will have to answer
60 questions in 60 minutes’ duration. You will see a screen like below with – switch language
to English – Moving to Next or previous question option along with the grid of Not Visited
(white color), Visited (Blue color) and Answered (Green Color) questions. All options will be
similar to Section-A.

14. Click on the End Exam button only when you have answered all the questions of Section-B
and are ready to end exam. If you have time remaining in hands it is suggested to use it for
revision purpose as you will not be allowed to return here or attempt exam again.
15. Now when your Answersheet will be submitted automatically and you will get a
“Congratulations” message on your screen towards the confirmation of same.

16. Do not try to minimize, shift or change tabs or play with any keyboard button while
attempting question paper. It will automatically submit your answersheet or terminate your
session if you will try to do the same 3 times.
 17. OPTIONAL - In case of failure in submission, download answersheet file (The file name will
be FINAL_marksheet_VVM2021-22_[YOUR-USERNAME].txt) in exam submission and
upload the file from student Dashboard (Windows OS Only).

Do not close this window until you are not connected to internet and then retry again the file will
be submitted and you will get congratulation message on your screen.

18. Do not try to modify the downloaded file otherwise tampered file will not be considered for
evaluation.
